Our owner and Lead Counsel Gordon Levinson used to be an attorney for some of the largest insurance companies in North America. Now, he uses his insider knowledge to stand up for victims and families who have suffered car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, spinal injuries, brain injuries, burn injuries, wrongful death, texting and driving accidents, drunk driving accidents, and personal injury.

History

Established in 2007.

For years, Gordon represented the largest insurance carriers in North America and their insureds in numerous and diverse litigation matters. Now, Gordon uses that background and experience representing aggrieved victims of life-​altering tragedies.

Gordon has successfully represented hundreds of clients in more than thirty California State Trial Courts, three Federal District Courts, three California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court. He represented the prevailing parties in the published case known as Scheiding v. Dinwiddie Construction Co. (1999) 69 Cal.App.4^th 64.

As a plaintiff’s attorney, Gordon was the principal business development partner and rainmaker in his former law partnership, Doan, Levinson & Liljegren LLP. More recently, he founded his current practice, the Levinson Law Group, and has more than doubled the gross revenue stream of his former practice. Overall, Gordon has obtained millions of dollars for his clients over the years.

For years, Gordon represented the world’s largest insurance carriers in varied and complex litigation and coverage cases. He successfully represented hundreds of clients and appeared in over 30 county trial courts, 3 federal district courts, 3 courts of appeal and the State Supreme Court. Now, he uses that experience representing victims of life-​altering tragedies and has won millions of dollars for his clients.

In addition to his experience as a litigator, Gordon brings a keenly developed ethical sense to everything he does. As a director for the Max and Anna Levinson Foundation, Gordon has donated thousands of dollars to numerous charitable organizations and is an exemplary member of his community. Gordon is a major supporter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving and sits on that organization’s Advisory Board, he has obtained support grants for several schools and synogogues in his area and he is a loving and dedicated husband and father.
