Lineage is a a small Boutique Brokerage handling all aspects of Real Estate Services. One side handles the Residential Real Estate Financing. We handle everything from buying to refinancing. We can do FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo, Bridge Loans, Hard Money options, and even have a Team that Specializes in Reverse Mortgages. We are a member of the NRMLA (National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association), and have one of only 23 CRMPs (Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional) in all of California. The other side of our family handles our clients Real Estate listing and buyer’s needs. Lineage puts into daily practice a level of integrity, honesty, and customer service that is unmatched in this industry. At Lineage, we are a small group of professionals, but combined we have done over 20,000 transactions and have over 75 years of experience. We are a small but mighty community of experts who believe in integrity and professionalism. This is a new company but not an inexperienced team.
