Since 1998 Loree Nichols has closed in excess of 600 transactions totaling $ 300 million in sales volume. Working with REDC, Loree handled 99 «Builder Blowout Assets» and as an associate broker with Windemere exclusive properties handled the sale of 113 assets including a combination of short sales and REO’s properties in one calendar year of 2008. Her experiences in new home sales, large scale property auctions, luxury home sales and investment pools, laid the groundwork for one of the more demanding and necessary role as a broker involved in the disposition of distressed properties.
