Massage Green

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage in January, scheduled the massage for the Friday after Valentine’s Day. I gave the coupon to my husband, thinking this would be a great couples outing for us!
We showed up on the scheduled day/​time and they had no record of our massage even being scheduled! They refused to fit us in and looked at me like I was crazy and made no reservation.
I was embarrassed that I had this planned and because of this company’s deficiency, could not give my husband his Valentine’s gift.
The next opening for a couple’s massage was three weeks in the future, and we decided to do it since I had already purchased the Groupon. Not the greatest massage, and because of the scheduling problem, I’ll never go back. What I think happened is they booked a full price couples massage in our time slot, and put the Groupons in the back of the line. Very poor business practices.

I don’t usually go to massage places but this place is awesome! The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating, the location is nice and close to home, and my massage therapist Kayla was able to work out all the knots in my neck that accumulated over the past work week. I left very happy and satisfied! Plus the intro rate was affordable. Definitely coming back :)

Scheduled a couples massage about a week and a half in advance and got a call a few days before saying they accidentally double booked with another couple who has had their reservation longer so they needed to move our time around. We had purchased the groupon for 90 minutes and a sauna session, they had an opening but only for 60 minutes and the lady was kind enough to schedule us for the hour and allow us to schedule another massage for 60 mins, and comp us the additional 30 mins. They have been very accommodating to switching things around and the massage was much needed!
The place is clean and relaxing and very modern furniture.
Very excited for the next 60 minutes and sauna session! :)

I can’t say enough great things about massage green. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming when I first walk in. They always check me in fast. Massage Green is always very clean. The massage beds are always warmed up so easy to relax and snuggle in.
I’ve been lucky enough to travel to Europe, Hawaiian islands and cabo and cancun. I’ve had massages wherever I’ve traveled. The best massage I’ve ever had was right here in my own back yard. I was given as a thank you a gift card to massage green and I’ve been coming back ever since. I suffer from chronic pain. Multiple areas of degenerative issues mostly in my neck and low back. Massage is one option I use to help decrease the pain instead of taking pain meds.
My massage therapist, Christopher, is amazing!!! He is so highly skilled in his profession. Definitely a hidden gem. I walk in there so tight and in pain and when I leave I’m in heaven. Literally pain free. Christopher really listens to me regarding areas that I need him to focus on mostly. His massages melt my tight muscles and relax me so much I fall to sleep. Lol. I always get a two hour massage!!!
I hope you give this place a chance and if you ask for Christopher you won’t be sorry.

I love Cindy! She really listens to my needs and takes her time! Customer consultations are so important each and every appointment. Cindy consults at every massage prior to beginning the service so that she can customize the massage to meet my needs.

price is right but not when you leave your jewelry/​Ring and the Therapist who serviced you, the Manager who took the information or owner Paul won’t return your call when you are desperately trying to get someone to care about your wedding ring that YOU KNOW you took off to get your massage and didn’t have when you are in your car and realize you don’t have it on. I was the last massage on a Tuesday nighto so none really cared. Contributing to what led to the situation is the fact that the rooms are stark and minimally furnished — just a chair to put stuff on. No jewelry dish, hooks or hangers for clothes, no small table or stand… just a straight chair. Nobody would return my call. Shame on it NOT being returned. So needless to say I WONT RECOMMEND a place where your belongings arent safe and no one will take it upon theirself to followup on a theft/​misplaced/​lost ring in a room… but as far as the massage. it was average. Not great not bsd. Ashley at the front desk that night was helpful about recommending another therapist that others liked a lot and was apologetic when I called her imediately about the ring… but could get no one —therapist/​manager or Owner— to be diligent about tracking down the ring. Don’t patronize a Massage place where they really don’t care about the client — - a MUST in their line of work.

If I could put no stars I would. Worst massage of my life! I do not recommend this place to anyone! The Masseuse had nails, squirted oil all over me, and had the worst stench ever coming off of her. I had to hold my breathe every time her body came close to my head. I could not of gotten out of there faster and I will never ever return! I did not feel relaxed after, I only felt dirty and grossed out.

I really like this place. Steven is my favorite of all the ones if tried over the last few years. He really can see your problem areas and can really work to get them unstuck/​locked. He knows a lot about massage and I’ve never not left unhappy when I’ve seen him.

I have been coming here for 3 years now, the front staff wasnt all that great and I’ve had a few bad experiences with scheduling but ever since they hired a whole new front desk team, I’ve never had any issues. They are really friendly and pleasant. Miranda is so sweet, I’ve been told that she is the manager. She always greets me with a smile and also remembers my name which goes a long way for me. I am so glad that she is there because things are so much better now. I absolutely love my therapist Bianca. If you want a deep tissue massage and someone who is strong, she is the one to go see! She is only there Saturday’s and Monday’s so when I need a massage on any other days I see Lisa. She is great too. This place is affordable and environment is clean. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend Bianca or Lisa. :)

I’d really like to recommend Debra T. at Massage Green. She is amazing! I’ve had «structural issues» all my life so I’ve always sought pain relief. I’ve happily gotten that from previous HHP’s but Debra has kept me pain free consistently and has also changed my posture so that I can comfortably hold new positions now instead of just forcefully holding them for just a short time. I have to say I haven’t ever been pain free for so long and I haven’t ever been as comfortable in my «new» body as I am now! This has all been due to Debra’s skill and persistence. I am so incredibly fortunate to have found her and can’t recommend her enough!
Kudos also to Miranda at the front desk who is consistently kind and welcoming and makes it all look so easy.

If you think your back pain can’t be fixed, then go see Steven at this location. For more than a decade, I have assumed the painful knots in my back, the carpal tunnel in my arms, and the sciatica down my right side were just «normal» because I spend most of my time at a computer. After three sessions with this therapist, I can honestly say, my back and arms feel great and even look different! I’ve been to countless massage therapists looking for some relief. Steven is the only one who instantly identified the long-​standing problems and just went to work. He’s a no-​nonsense kind of guy and a phenomenal healer. Don’t miss out.
Also, the facility is just right. Clean, calm, pleasant.

I dont wana throw off the rating but my expirience was slightly better than the place across the street. I can totally see how this is a hit or miss place since there is quite a few masseuses working at one time. You have to find the one that hits all your spots.
Didnt become a memeber I’ll have to try it a few more times.

I am a fan of Massage Green only because of one therepist… Larry. Unfortunately, his schedule does not fit with mine very well, and there is nobody else that even comes close to his skills and knowledge. They have no flexibility and, unfortunately, things do come up at work that you may not know about until the day of. The receptionist there is sometimes curt and rude when I call and almost seems delighted to tell me that if I cancel the day of I will lose my massage… even though I already know this.
I would recommend Larry, but I am not pleased with their customer service.

So you all know I was hacked… Probably by this company… Who knows… I have never been to this place and never wrote this review… Soooo ummm… Yaaaa…

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I got massages there today. Worst massages ever, would not recommend this place at all. The lady that gave my husband a massage had nails so long she left scratches all over him, including his face and getting oil in his eye. My masseuse pretty much was condescending to me the whole time and never stopped talking. Very unprofessional and worst 90 minute massage we have ever gotten.

Gracia gave me the best massage I’ve ever had! Full body and stretches. Made me comfortable and was very professional. Thankful for her making my day.

Great Spa! I had an amazing experience overall! My massage was exactly what I needed and an issue causing me pain was addressed and I can walk limp free again!

I had been a member here for a year. Every time I went in they would charge my monthly free massage to someone else. They did this 5 times!
Are you serious? Every time I made them correct this they did not even have the decency to apologize for their incompetence!
While I had a good therapist there, the front staff has the customer skill set of a bag of rocks.
If you go here be fully prepared to deal with a front desk staff that is to say the least challenged!
