As your buying agent, I oversee all the steps of a purchase, including finding the best home for you, negotiating the best purchase price and terms, closing escrow, and putting keys in your hand. If you are interested in becoming a real estate investor, I provide you with tools and spreadsheets that help to calculate investment returns and determine value.

As your listing agent, I oversee all the steps of a sale, including marketing your home effectively, showing and coordinating showings with buyer agents, negotiating the highest price, and the closing process.

I enjoy volunteering for a number of organizations, including the City of Carlsbad, the San Diego County Registrar of Voters, the Chopra Center for Well-​Being, Preserve Calavera, and Project Wildlife.

I am a member of the San Diego Green Building Council’s Residential Green Building Committee. I am also a member of the California Native Plant Society, the San Diego Botanic Garden, the California Chaparral Institute, and the Sierra Club. I am also a Tree Steward with Tree San Diego.

A portion of every commission benefits The Meditation Initiative, a San Diego charity that provides free meditation classes to the public, including schools, the military, and women’s shelters.
