I was really hesitant to see anyone at this practice after reading the Unilocal reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. After self-treating a foot issue for over 4 months, I broke down and admitted that my treatment plan wasn’t working. I called on a Wednesday afternoon(late afternoon!) and was seen the next morning at 9:45. I was called back around 10:10am, xrays were taken immediately(happy to not be sent out to another facility!), and I saw the PA. My practitioner, Rachel Anderson, was delightful. She listened, understood my concerns about how my injury would affect my lifestyle and a treatment plan was established. Every staff member I interacted with was really nice and efficient– from the medical assistant(La Vonne) to the xrays technicians to the receptionists. They have two locations for physical therapy– one is attached to their practice and the other is in Vista. The clinic looked very well organized and clean. I’ll update my review after I see my therapist in Vista next week. I would recommend this practice, especially Rachel Anderson.

After a year of pain and denial of my condition, Dr. Dunlap was highly recommended to me by two friends, both treated successfully for different back problems. I was also fortunate to meet Dr. Rogers during my treatment. Both doctors were very attentive, compassionate and never rushed through my office visits. I have now completed a successful back surgery with Dr. Dunlap. It has been two months now and for my problem, I am pain free, back to normal activities. I am truly grateful for Dr. Dunlap’s guidance along with the PT staff located next door. Since my surgery, two of my friends have been recommended to OSNC and are completely satisfied with the professional level of care from both the doctors and staff.

Had an appointment scheduled a month in advance. Took the first half of the day off from work to make this appointment. I checked in early. I waited an hour and a half to two hours past my appointment time and was never called. I ended up having to leave for work without ever having seen anyone. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, I declined. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

OSNC — Oceanside Office is a big disappointment ! Most staff members there are rude, impersonal and indifferent. As a patient I am treated with no respect and am just another number. They are way too busy, seeing more patients than they can handle. I never get a straight answer and the staff shows no compassion or understanding of my frustration after having to call 6 time in 3 days in order to get a simple answer as to the progress of my referral — I physically have to go to the office in order to talk to someone and then they passes the buck when it comes to not responding to calls or setting up the appropriate referrals — It has been since April for a simple stress fracture that should have been healed by now and I still have not had the appropriate tests and treatment completed. Do NOT Do NOT no matter what — go to these people — If your primary gives you a referral ask for someone else — Otherwise you will be treated rudely and you will may never get your issue resolved. If I could less than 1 star and still place a comment I would…

I had an appt at 9:10am today. My husband and I checked in at 8:40am. We waited patiently till about half hour passed by and still waiting to be seen. I was afraid my husband is going to late opening our store in Temecula. 45 minutes passed and asked the front desk we will be walking out the door soon if we don’t hear anything. Five min later my name was called. The nurse didn’t apologize for the wait. She made us wait for another 20 mins!!! So we decided to walk out. This place was a mess no organization.

Very unprofessional reception and scheduling. Was lied to twice about them calling my insurance for an authorization. Was then scheduled at the Oceanside office after I specifically asked for the Carlsbad office. It has taken 2 months now to get an appointment to see Dr. Dunlap for a follow up after getting requested MRI. Was told by scheduling that I would need to go pick up copy of my MRI for them as they dont have a copy. Get to the office and they tell me they have had it this whole time. People at the front desk are rude and oblivious. Getting a referral for another office all together today. What a waste of time!
