One of the most professional company that I’ve had the pleasure of using from office manager to all there chauffeur won’t be disappointed. Plus there cheaper then Über from north country to the airport San Diego, Orange county. LAX

They use to provide reliable service but after multiple airport mishaps (showing up late 30 — 40 minutes late) and failure to send confirmations after multiple requests I’m done.

Beware — the price you are quoted in writing may not match what they charge you. Over the past month, I’d been emailing with Tim at Palomar Limo about renting a limo on a Saturday in January for a 4 hour period with a 12 mile transfer. I was quoted $ 75 an hour plus 20% gratuity for the 4 hours, and $ 200 for a transfer. Tim said to just call to book, which I did today. I spoke with the owner, who first quoted me more for the transfer, and then said that in addition to the hourly rate and 20% gratuity, there is also a mandatory 20% office fee. I explain that I had a quote in writing that did not charge an additional 20% office fee (and I forwarded this quote), and he was incredibly rude, practically yelling at me that he didn’t care what offer I had in writing. I have never been treated so rudely, or spoken to so unprofessionally, by anyone working in a business that involves customer service.

My parents flew in from Philadelphia and needed a ride up to Carlsbad. They were expecting a town car, but Palomar Limo sent a Prius. And the air conditioning didn’t work.

I hired Palomar to cart me and some girlfriends around Temecula wineries, starting from Oceanside. The original phonecall to book the service was easy enough, and I was assured that the services were discounted. I was also told that I had only the first 24 hours after booking to cancel the service, which was weird, especially as I didn’t even receive the full and detailed estimate via email until more than 48 hours after booking the service.
On the day of, my driver (Rockstar Rick) arrived ten minutes early with a big smile on his face. He had Temecula pamphlets at the ready to help us decide which wineries to visit. He had an auxiliary cable so we could plug in to the limo’s stereo system and listen to our own music. He had a bottle opener ready when we decided to crack open one of our purchases. He always was ready for whatever we needed, and he was fantastic all around.
The other reviewers are right — pay attention to the estimate you receive — the 20% gratuity is already in there, which was nice not to worry about when we were wine drunk — math would have been hard! It was a good experience overall, especially because of Rick, but I wasn’t fully comfortable with their system of scheduling and payment.

Do not use these guys they are a rip off!!!

Mike drove my wife and her girlfriend’s to a concert. Prompt, courteous and reasonable. His limo bus I believe was awesome.
I would recommend him and use him again.

The service provided for our wedding was great!!! They were on time and even though they had another appointment immediately after us they stayed with us until we were done! The driver was very patient with us even though we were running late! Couldn’t have asked for a better company to use for a wedding!

We booked a shuttle bus with Palomar Limousine for our wedding to bring guests from the hotel to the venue and then back again afterward (we wanted everyone to be able to overindulge in our open bar!). The prices seemed pretty standard for what I have experienced with other places, but the service was truly above and beyond!
We met at their Carlsbad offices the day before to arrange the exact service that I wanted and they took it from there since I was obviously going to be preoccupied at my own wedding! I had the driver just make loops between the venue and the hotels and then hang out at the venue to drive people back whenever they needed. At the end of the night we arranged a stop at the after-​party-​bar which worked great as well.
The best part of the whole service came when one of my inebriated groomsmen got lost (side-​effect of the open-​bar I guess). I told my groomsman to stay put and then sent the driver on a rescue mission to prevent my friend from landing in the drunk tank! Driver delivered my friend unscathed to the bar with minimal direction and saved the night!

These guys are great! They are dependable, knowledgeable, and their service is impeccable! They know the local traffic, because they have been a local business for sometime, so they don’t have any issues being where you need them to pick you up, get you where you want to go, or getting you where you want to go! The drivers I had are quite personable, pleasant and helpful… they seem to actually like their jobs! Overall a very pleasant experience and competitive pricing… worth every dollar!
