He had such a winning personality and then we found he was an extremely efficient and knowledgeable agent and had been for many years. No we just used him to sell our home and found us the perfect home to buy. He had to jump hurdles to get both of these deals signed and delivered at the price we needed. He goes over and above what a real estate should do (and we know because we just had bad experience with a different one). You could not find a more professional or caring real estate agent. I can see us being friends for a very long time.

Peter is the best of the best. He has managed my property at Carlsbad for more than 20 years. In those years, he got tenants for me, interviewed them, worked with them on daily problems. Most of the time I didn’t even meet the tenants during their stay. It’s a blessing that I have someone I can trust remotely without worrying about tenants. I really can’t begin to express what I think of the job Peter did in selling my house. It was not your average sale. So many deadlines, so many moving parts, so much stress for me for many reasons. I was looking for my first home and originally I had started out with another realtor from south San Diego county. She was nice enough, but didn’t seem to care much about me as a client and made numerous comments about her «other» wealthy clients. I felt like I didn’t really matter to her since I was on a smaller budget than her regular clients. I finally got fed up and reached out to PB, who had been my cousin’s realtor previously. My parents were coming into town to help me house hunt the next day and suddenly I was without a realtor. PB answered my email within the hour, even though it was later in the evening and got his open house covered the next day just so he could take us out looking. I knew I was in good hands after that. PB was willing to meet me at any properties at any time of the day and was super responsive through the whole process. Also, as a first time homebuyer, there was plenty I didn’t know about the process and he helped me the whole way through.
Once I finally got the right place and moved in, I realized I didn’t receive a mailbox key from the sellers. The sellers were from out of town and they were hard to get ahold of, so PB had a locksmith come out and change the lock for me and paid the bill himself!
Two months after I moved in it was Christmas; PB brought me some of his homemade mustard and a gift which was so nice. Many realtors would just forget about you and move on after the sale is complete, but not PB. He really cares about his clients, and he makes you feel like you’re the only one that matters.

SELLING A HOME: I met Peter B when he was hosting an open house right next door to where I lived. He thanked me for coming to the open house and kept in touch with me over the years even though I did not have a real estate need. When the time did come to seek advice on a possible move, Peter was the only person I considered. His knowledge and experience made the sale of my home very easy on me. He took care of everything and using his marketing and negotiations skills, was able to secure a sale in 2 days! This was beyond my wildest expectations.
