Love this place! It is like a mini-botanical garden with tame birds and unique chickens wandering about. And they were able to order me a plant I wanted, something I’ve tried in numerous nurseries without success.

This is a really cool nursery. It’s cozy. They have chickens! Lots of interesting plants, and a pet chicken named«Phylis Diller» !! She’s old and kind of blind and she’ll just walk right into you! The owner is very friendly, and the place is a nice stop after breakfast at Bobbys! Check it out!

Wonderful place! Sergio and Mike are very nice and helpful guys who know their plants. They are super friendly and led us to plants we were looking for. They have a sweet dog that hangs around named Chloe and some chickens that hang around the property too. This place is worth the drive from Escondido and I’ll definitely be back!

Mike was quite helpful in helping me find a fiddle leaf fig tree and pot. He even helped to entertain my 14 month old. My son loved finding the chickens that were scattered through the property. I’ll be back next time!

What a wonderful place! Mike is awesome and helped me pick out some amazing house plants that I won’t kill with my brown thumb. He even planted a plant for me to give as a gift so I wouldn’t have to do it at home. Such great service ! I’m going back for sure.

Discovered this place today when my husband went to the nearby bike shop. It’s not a big nursery, but the plants they have are so healthy and interesting. They had several that I’d never seen before, and I like to spend time walking through the local nurseries to see what they have. While there, we spoke with both Mike and Sergio. They are very different from each other, but both were really knowledgable and helpful. I bought one plant to replace a bush near a post in my yard, and Mike made suggestions on how I could use the one I already have, rather than just throwing it away. I thought that was really generous of him. Overall, I like this place, and it’s always good to support a local, small business.

Came here for succulents. The guy who was working was very friendly. Definitely a jam packed little nursery. Felt better buying from here and supporting a small business than going to a chain store to buy what we needed.

I happily recommend this local business as every aspect of my visit was great! This nursery is full with a fun variety of trees –flowering & fruit. These & all additional plant species the guys have here are the healthiest and liveliest i have see anywhere!!! I had great conversation with Sergio & Mike who are each knowledgeable, & helpful — to the point of going through additional research with me, to ensure I had plants that were non toxic to my pets! I love the new trees I picked up, they are healthy, were a very good price & I was sent home knowing proper care required of them — Thank you guys for everything!

Sort of a cute VERYFUNKYANDCLAUSTROPHOBIC nursery. It is quite small with everything absolutely stuffed into the small space, and winding, crowded pathways weaving through the plants, pots, fountains and statuary. It was so claustrophobic for me I left almost right away, but I could see that there were many nice items if you don’t mind the small, crowded spaces. Their pot selection is minimal but as I was leaving I saw that there is a large pottery place next door. Sheesh.

We wanted to like this place, but just didnt go well at all. We hired them to do the front yard, which was really not that big of a job. I think we got a fair price on it, but really the service was not good at all and the way Sergio runs a business is a joke. Asked them for a receipt for the work they did for weeks, which took driving down there and confronting him in order to get it. He told me mike was unavailable and would not be there for a few weeks, after i tried to go over sergio’s head and just talk to mike in hope for a different result. surprisingly, when i showed up at the nursery 5 minutes after that conversation, MIke was there. Sergio had lied directly to me. The work they did was ok, the sprinkler system is already having trouble 4 months after it was completed. Sergio decided to save himself some money and plant a laughable amount of ground cover. I couldnt even tell that he actually planted any, and now 4 months later, it still looks like dirt. Wouldn’t it have been better to maybe use a little more ground cover??? I dont have alot to compare this place with, my first time hiring someone to design and plant and entire yard, but I wouldnt recommend them thats for sure. Take your chances with someone else if you are going here to just buy plants the place seems cool and you try to support the local stores, but screw it, im going to home depot next time.

This is a truly unique nursery! Both of the owners are truly artists, so in addition to an amazing array of plants [I’m partial to the incredible offering of succulents!] they also have some beautiful creations scattered around including chairs that are infused with succulents, ponds, and stuff I can’t really describe. I recently went in only to find out that they make Christmas wreaths! They are so gorgeous and unique that I had to buy two! Another cool thing about this place is that they seem to be part Dr. Doolittle! They have a lizard that comes and feeds on their hands, several chicken coops, and not just your average chicken, but BEAUTIFUL chickens, an outgoing and sweet doggie and birds galore! Entertaining enough that if you were to bring your kids, you’d have uninterrupted shopping while checking out all the goodies. Can’t recommend theme enough!
