I have worked with Chiropractors for the last sixteen years. I received my HHP from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health.

I have a Nutrition degree from San Diego State and am certified as a Wellness/​Life Coach.

I believe in preventive health maintenance with the help of massage, diet, exercise, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, and/​or the assistance of any other alternative therapy. My goal has been to live well without pain and/​or disease. Stress reduction through massage, positive living, meditation, and exercise is highly stressed.
