Rejeuvine MedSpa

I visited Rejeuvine last week for a consultation with Autumn in regards to Botox. I was very nervous and had been wanting it for a while but had just planned on doing my consultation only that day. Autumn was so friendly and helpful, she gave me all the information I needed and never made me feel pressured into doing it at all — let alone, right then. In fact, I spoke to her about Lip Fillers and she actually told me my lips are fine and that it would make them look too big — and to just wait a few years until I’m older and my lips start to lose their volume. It was so refreshing to have somebody more interested in what’s best for me then just making more money! I decided to go ahead and do the botox that day and it only took just a couple of minutes. It cleared up the exact area I wanted addressed (deep crows feet) and we also did a little bit to lift my brow line — which I LOVE. A week later Autumn called to follow up, I had a few questions — which she gladly answered. All in all, everyone at Rejeuvine was fabulous and SO helpful! I actually go back on Friday for a facial! I would recommend them to anyone!

Total disappointment. I went here originally to get a vi peel and they talked me into getting some other random company because they said «the company changed the formula due to company internal issues» (If i remember correctly they said it was started by brothers and there was some sort of discontent between both). So they talked me into a new peel which did NOTHING. No peeling, skin did not look any better — simply only redness. Flash forward to today — I just called the original office where I received the vipeel and asked them if it was indeed true the formula had been changed. They called me back after research and … voila, nope. Total waste of money. I will be going back to the place that gave me the original peel. They are honest, decently priced and seem to be pretty legit. I really wanted to like this place but disappointed. If the owner reads this, and if they have any legitimate research that this formula was changed, I welcome them to reply and post it.

I really like this place! Very comfortable and classy medical spa with beautiful décor. Full range of services, good prices, and friendly staff. I came 3 days ago to get a lip filler which I’ve been thinking about for a while. My friend had recommended nurse Sumi, and I trusted her the minute I met her. She was very supportive and calm and did such an awesome job. She knew what to do with my lips to match my face and I love my new lips! Most importantly they are not ducky! They are a little swollen and I got a bruise which was expected. Red lipstick for a couple days, lol. This is a great place, and I’m already thinking about more! Definitely recommend this medspa.

I went to the spa for Juvederm for my «laugh» lines and one shot of botox for a deep frown line between my eyes. I guess I’m expressive both ways! Anyway, Sumi was very nice and professional and told me the differences between Juvederm and Restalyn. I decided on Juvederm and said I was ready to do it that day. She seemed surprised, which surprised me but said ok. She must have thought it was only a consultation. She did say there could be some bruising near my mouth and that people who take aspirin, ibuprofin, drink alcohol and other meds can have more bruising because those things thin the blood. The only thing is she didn’t mention that until she was half way through the procedure. I mentioned I had actually taken aspirin that morning but she didn’t seem alarmed and we proceeded.
The Juvederm injections were painful. More than the botox, but that is probably due to the side of the face being more sensitive that the forehead. Fortunately it was over pretty quickly. She appeared skilled and I felt comfortable that she knew what she was doing. She told me my face was probably going to hurt the next day and gave me a sheet of things not to do for the next 24 hours (massage, go in the sun, etc). By the time I left ($ 830 total) I was already starting to bruise.
The next morning there were large purple bruises on both sides of my mouth and the area was swollen and tender. No make up could over that up… it was pretty bad. I really wasn’t prepared for how bad the bruising was going to be. I think it would have been a good idea for her to tell me about all the stuff I was supposed to avoid a week before the procedure before doing it, then I could have rescheduled. I don’t know how much difference it would have made, but it would have been a smart option.
I am now four days past the procedure. She did a great job on the botox– the frown lines are still visible but much, much better. The swelling is gone from my mouth, but the bruises are still quite visible even with makeup. At this rate I’m guessing it will be at least another week before they are gone. I think I will be happy with the results once all the bruising goes away.
One thing that bothers me a bit, is there was no follow up call to see how I was doing, especially when they could see the bruising had already started before I left. Not sure if I’ll go back. I think it depends on how I look next week.

Wonderful service, professional, fair prices, and Sumi does an amazing job. I highly recommend it to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

I have had an IPL before but I had the best results here by Sumi. I have a lot of sun damage and dark spots around my cheeks and under my eyes. Within 5 days after the IPL at Rejeuvine, all the dark spots peppered off and I have beautiful, spot free skin. My skin has been responding well to the products here including the Obagi skin care line. Would definitely not go to anyone else but Sumi!

I had my first microdermabrasion treatment done with Sara yesterday. She was really friendly and explained the process in detail to me.
The treatment itself was great, especially the shoulder massage. The extraction part was a little uncomfortable but Sara did leave my face looking pore free. Today, I applied my foundation on and my face looks FLAWLESS! I will definitely be going back for more treatments!

Redeemed a gift card from Christmas and I have never been here. My card was for a facial. I scheduled it with Sara Aguilar and it was fabulous! She has great technique and the massage was wonderful! Personally I prefer getting my whole arms, hands and feet included but just the same it was one of the best facials I’ve had.
The décor of the spa is really gorgeous!

I have had several facials with Sara. I was introduced to her at her previous place of work and followed her to Rejeuvine. She is extremely gentle, knowledgeable, professional and kind. My daughter also had a facial by Sara and texted me «BEST facial EVER!» She makes recommendations to supplement the products that you already use and helps to simplify your routine to get the results you are after. I always receive great care when scheduling. The staff needed to check with the owner about a special circumstance. They were very accommodating and helpful. As professional as any business could be.

I’ve been to many med-​spas and doctor’s offices, and the care and treatment provided by Sumi is overly exceptional. She not only has a R.N./Graduate degree, but she is very attentive, highly-​trained, intellectual, knowledgeable, and will only do what is best for your skin type and color. After an extensive and extremely comprehensive intake of my medical and physical history — she did a micro-​needling treatment as I have darker skin with hyperpigmentation, with special additives to aid the rejuvenation and collagen process. I had dramatic results (better than IPL or any chemical masks or lasers), and definitely want to go again as it’s a continual process. Sumi has always been immediately accessible, extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me navigate my skin issues with humor, intellect and compassion. To me, SHE is a precious gem and a gift to this wonderful spa. On a side note, the staff at Rejuevine Spa were professional and super friendly, and the facility was beautiful and clean throughout. I would definitely go see Sumi at Rejuevine Spa if you really want to receive top-​notch professional care.

I had the good luck of being cared for by Sumi for the last several years, since l met her at a former location. She’s a true professional in her skill set of making us look younger than we are! (l’m not listing all my ‘invisible’ treatments). She knows lasers, skincuticals and is very careful to listen to what your needs are. She’s as beautiful inside as out and l can trust her recommendations on what treatments give the most bang for the buck. Their prices are really good. The med spa staff is always helpful and the spa is very clean and calm. The staff is inserviced regularly so they know product and procedures thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about Rejeuvine Med Spa and especially Simi. I totally love the compliments l get on my skin. Thank you Sumi!

I have been a client of Rejeuvine Med Spa since November. Nicole is awesome! I had my first facial with her in January. Now I’m hooked. My skin has never looked better! She also helped me figure out a good regimen for my skin. My skin feels to softer and looks so much more healthy. I highly recommend her!

I have been a client for many years. They had a deal on a procedure that I was interested in so I paid a lower price up front to have the procedure within a year. I went in today and had my pre-​procedure meeting with Autumn. She sensed that I was very hesitant about the procedure and she really eased my worries urging me to relax and think about it… no hurry even though I was booked for it in 3 days! She and America both told me I could use the money toward another procedure so there was no pressure to use it for what I was initially interested in. They explained my many options and were so very patient as I changed my mind over and over! I am still thinking it over as I write this but I feel so at ease that whatever I decide they will accommodate me and take good care of me at this spa! Everyone is so nice and they seem to REALLY care and that is rare in today’s world! Im a life long client!

Love this place. Autumn is the BEST! She always gives the greatest IPLS. I have tried different places for the Groupon or living social deals and nothing has done justice to Rejeuvine med spa. I have been a client of Rejeuvine Med Spa for many years. I cannot emphasize how lucky we are to have this spa, its nurse practitioners and cosmetologists in our area. Having lived many years in Boston and San Francisco, I can say that the professionalism, expertise, price and customer service cannot be matched.
If you are like me, then you want a professional, someone you can trust, and someone who can deliver for your needs. Autumn and Dawn are the professionals you are looking for. In addition, never once did they try to push me into a procedure or product that I did not want or need. Rather, they both explained to me the pros and cons of any procedure or product that I specifically asked about. They also gave me a realistic price estimate. This tells me a good deal about the company and the professionals they employ.
As for results, they are unmatched by any med spa I’ve visited. The most I can say is that my friend from NYC wants to fly to Carlsbad for her Botox with Autumn, after having experience with some of the most expensive, and recommended plastic surgeons in New York City. I cannot give a higher recommendation than this.
I would have no hesitation recommending Rejeuvine to family, friends or complete strangers on Unilocal. (Their specials are often fantastic, so check them out as often as you can… especially before the holidays, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day!)

Found this spa through Unilocal and am absolutely thrilled that I did! Great clean environment, awesome customer service, and results! Had my first service with Autumn and I’m hooked! She was very informative and didn’t try and sell me on anything other than what I was there for. I will be back for sure and am relieved to have found a place that I can trust!

What exactly are you implying when you say there are two sides to every story? I truly hope you aren’t insinuating that I was trying to get something for free. You were there, as was your technician, and you know that wasn’t the case. Your treatment of me was disgusting, as was your voicemail. Appalling that you would go on to make matters even worse, but I guess that all just makes sense. If your technician was so busy that she would perform a procedure on someone without consent or consultation, then you might want to re-​look things, as should the doctor under whose authority she works.
(Please note that I did contact America privately, but since after 3 months she never responded, a public answer is my only option).

Cannot count the number of treatments I have received over the years at this Med Spa. It never ever disappoints. When you find the best why search any longer. It is bar none the finest in the land. The staff is so well trained, and if there is ever any question the finest plastic surgeon in the state is part of the day to day operations so you have access Dr. Michael Brucker whos credentials are seamless.
America is hands on with every client who comes through the doors. Integrity tops the list of how this spa is run, and it smells and looks amazing inside high atop the Forum in Carlsbad. If the poor review below has any influence over you ask the spa owner for random referrals from past clients and you will soon find out that Rejeuvine has more raving fans than the NFL.
Up to and including all the latest technology, a basic relaxing facial is more than available as well.

First off I would like to say Alexia B. you are an idiot and as a loyal client to Rejeuvine I would prefer scam artists like you to stay away.
Rejeuvine has the best staff around. They are so personal and all have many years of experience and education in the industry. When Rejeuvine first opened America, the owner now, was my esthetician there. I moved away for a couple years but on my birthday Rejeuvine called me just to wish me a Happy Birthday !! I thought that was so awesome !! I talked to the front desk coordinator for a couple minutes and found out America is now running the spa !! I was so excited and as soon as I moved back to San Diego I booked an appointment within the first week to get my face back to beautiful.
I have a wonderful experience every single time I go to Rejeuvine. They are so welcoming and always take care of my skin care/​appearance needs. I look forward to my appointments !!

My girlfriend turned me onto this spa a week or so ago and I’m so thankful that she did. I’ve been struggling with the side effects of a steroid treatment I underwent a few months ago from a back injury and I came in seeking extra help in this ever ending battle with a pesty little thing called Acne.
At the time of my first treatment, I had two areas that needed extra attention, and I also wanted to focus on another area where I had some pigmentation from previous breakouts that I wanted to treat. My first treatment was a facial from the store owner, America and even though it was the most painful treatment I have ever had in my life, it ended up being ALLLLL Good! America really worked on getting a lot of the junk out from under my pores and although my face looked like a ripe tomato for the first hour after the treatment, by days end, my face looked 50% better. A day or so later, it was 80% better. It was a bit painful but certainly necessary.
A week later, I followed up that treatment with the Diamond Skin Resurfacing, which is basically a micro-​dermabrasion. My treatment this time was done by Dawn and that was a GREAT treatment that I’d recommend to anyone. I have never had one before so I wasn’t sure how my skin would react but it was great and painless. It’s a crystal free treatment and removes the top layer of skin and excellent for reducing sun damage or in my case, the pigment problem I had.
It was the first of 4 to 6 treatments (depending on how quickly I can get rid of the scars) that I will be undergoing but I gotta tell you, my skin is 90% better than it was 2 weeks ago. I’m officially a believer. I’m still going to follow through with the remaining treatments in hopes of reducing the scaring but I have no doubt that it will work.
If you’re looking for an Esthetician to keep your skin looking young or to treat an unruly breakout, I would highly recommend Rejeuvine. Ask for America or Dawn — they are wonderful!
