I am a Real Estate agent and I had a seller die about a week prior to closing… without a will or a trust!!! (If you own property, seek legal council ASAP, my client was in his 50’s) Mr Macgurn was able to compress a possible 6 month property transfer into about 6 weeks because he knows the probate system so well. We were able to complete the sale with the existing buyers. It was a pleasure to work with a true professional.

Do Not hire Richard. This guy is a complete jerk! The lawyer referral service shouldn’t be referring anyone with a difficult situation to him because he’s only going to make it worse. He really doesn’t know how to listen to the facts of the case, cuts you off when you’re trying to explain the facts then jumps to conclusions about the ultimate results of the case. Then to top it off he has the nerves to try & book a consultation. Complete moron! Don’t let him take your money, there’s better attorneys out there! Keep looking.
