I’ve worked with Marisa at a couple of weddings now, and as a vendor (DJ) having to work closely with her often, I can say that she is truly awesome. Not only does she create a beautiful setting, she is also very on top of things, extremely professional, and a sweetheart. This not only makes for a great wedding and happy clients, but also really helps us vendors do our jobs even better, which is VERY important for the overall success of the event. If you’re looking for an event planner and/​or florist I would highly recommend her!

I found Seven Stems through a San Diego bridal magazine I picked up at a bridal show. I chose Seven Stems because she (Marisa) before even talking about money, took the time out to find out what we wanted and needed, she set up a pinterest page, we gathered ideas and she made suggestions until we were on the same page. She was able to provide everything we envisioned within our budget. Overall, Marisa rocked our florals! They were BEATIFUL! I couldn’t bring myself to throw away my bouquet, or my maid of honor’s bouquet. So the morning after my wedding I hung them upside down to dry. They’re still pretty, even dry. If we ever need florals for anything again, we’ll definitely contact her, and suggest her to anyone needed florals. Thanks Marisa!

Prior to meeting with Marisa from Seven Stems, I felt a bit stressed out planning my wedding because the other florists made me feel like just another check or they lacked the skills to deliver the type of florals I wanted. For me, the flowers were one of the most important aspects to creating the environment I wanted. Luckily, when I met Marisa, I knew I was in good hands. Not only was she so easy to get along with, but she had great ideas and I had seen her amazing work in several bridal magazines.
Even when my husband met Marisa, he was felt that she was an ideal choice. Her ability to captivate my husband’s interest in flowers was very reassuring. Throughout the planning process, I felt that I was planning my flower arrangements with a good friend because that is the type of person Marisa is – good-​natured, easy to talk to, energetic, and most of all talented.
When the flowers arrived on site, they were so gorgeous I couldn’t even pinpoint a good enough complement for them. Marisa was able to deliver exactly what I wanted, which was a soft, organic spin on Secret Garden themed wedding. I loved that she used beautiful and good quality flowers and the arrangements were so well balanced. She is truly gifted beyond words and I think any bride would be fortunate to work with her and her team.

My flowers were beautiful!!! My experience with Seven Stems was awesome. I highly recommend using Seven Stems for floral and event design. I originally contacted Marisa to do the floral for my wedding. After my first phone call with Marisa I knew she was my girl. She was so friendly and was on the phone with me for over an hour going through flowers on Pinterest to get a feel for my taste and what look I was trying to achieve, and I hadn’t even booked her yet! The time and care she put into that very first phone call made me confident that she really wanted to do her best to understand and achieve the look I wanted.
As the months went by, we had many conversations about flowers via the phone and email. She was always patient with me when I would change my mind on the flowers I wanted to use. I’m a very detail oriented person and the flowers were very important to me and a big part of my wedding so I really wanted them to be gorgeous but without breaking the bank. Marisa was very workable with our budget and was always willing to suggest, but never pushed any ideas on me. I really liked this because some vendors can be pushy on what THEY think you should do, I did not have this whatsoever working with Seven Stems.
About 5 months before my wedding I realized I needed help on the wedding set-​up and design. After Marisa sent me the quote on her package of services I immediately booked her for event design/​set-​up as well. Marisa did the entire set-​up and breakdown for my wedding and ran the whole event, and my goodness was it gorgeous! Michelle did the floral design/​set-​up and it was beautiful!!! I was so in love with my flowers. I still have my bouquet in the fridge to preserve it as long as possible (1 month later), embarrassing, but true!
In terms of the event design and set-​up, Marisa was very organized, making everything go so smoothly, and as a bride this was very important. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she went over the timeline with me numerous times to make sure it was how I wanted it. Marisa was so patient with me even when I would change something on set-​up and stress over the littlest things. She took all of the stress off of me so I didn’t have to worry about anything and I could just enjoy my wedding day. Marisa was like a friend to me and I stayed in touch with her even after my wedding because I liked her so much! :)

My daughter was referred to Seven Stems for her wedding floral arrangements and then Marisa said she could also provide the wedding coordination service. The ceremony was October 17^th in Temecula. We live in Burbank, so it was critical to have a good wedding coordinator. The Floral arrangements were incredible, but as others have already posted on this I am going to comment on the wedding coordination. Marisa was 100% in tune and responsive with everything my daughter wanted, and was constantly checking from the time of the rehearsal the day before right up until the end of the wedding. We had at least 100 boxes and pieces of furniture that we delivered to be set up which Marisa coordinated down to every last detail. Everything was done 100% perfectly. My experience with Seven Stems Florist was a great one. This was a very important event since it was my wedding. I searched for a while to find a florist and this one was a referral from my venue.
They set up an initial consultation and helped me choose a combination of flowers that would look nice with my sea theme.
As the event got closer I needed to add an additional table. They helped me moved the flowers around without over extending my budget and reassuring me that it would took perfect. When my wedding day came they even met me prior to the actual ceremony with my flower bouquet, grooms and wedding party flowers since it was important to have these for photos. (Very kind of them) The overall experience was fantastic. These ladies really know there stuff. The best part was my brides bouquet was so beautiful. I wish I could keep it alive forever.
I am thankful to have found this gem florist.

I found seven stems through a referral from a friend and I was so pleased with my bouquet. It was our one year anniversary living with my two best friends. Women love flowers! So I ordered a custom designed bouquet for my best friends and I to enjoy! Michelle was so helpful and sweet! She arranged my favorite flowers in a creative bouquet that was so gorgeous! I am thankful I found such a great family owned floral business and can’t wait to get another bouquet for my mothers birthday coming up. ;)

I luckily found Seven Stems after doing a search on the internet after my initial florist for my wedding just stopped emailing me. I emailed Seven Stems and received an immediate response from Marisa. She met me the next day and I initially didn’t think florals were going to be a priority for our New Year’s Eve wedding, but after the very affordable quote I received and the ideas that were pitched to me, I am SOOOOOOOOO happy I found Seven Stems! I had DIY manzanita trees that I made where Marisa was so generous to take from me before the wedding, add hydrangeas, AND even set up at the reception site for me! The accent centerpieces she added to the other tables that didn’t have the manzanitas were to die for and my bouquet was EXACTLY what I wanted and more! She even found a floral preservation company for me, so I can admire my bridal flowers forever! I am sooo grateful to have found Marisa and Michelle and look forward to my anniversary every year so that the hubby can order from them! :)

I had the pleasure of working with these lovely ladies on my wedding, and not only were they pleasant they were efficient. I only had to explain/​show my vision for my wedding flowers once at my first consultation, and come the day of the wedding they exceeded my expectations. They were on time. which in the wedding world is a big bonus!!! They worked hard and diligently, and they made sure that I approved all of their work prior to them leaving… which let’s face it ladies on our wedding day is a BIG DEAL. I work in the bridal industry and have it on good authority when I say that a lot of vendors could care less about their brides and their needs, they just want to get their money and leave. BUT the girls at Seven Stems were so far from that it was refreshing, they treated me like I was their only concern and really made me feel special. My flowers were the envy of brides past and the standard for my future brides in the crowd. If you don’t use these girls for your wedding it better be because you have a family member who owns their own flower shop and would get upset… because no one does it quite like these girls and I promise you that!!!

I had a wonderful experience with 7 stems. There staff was super helpful in picking out an arrangement that suited my daughters tastes.

Seven Stems made my wedding so beautiful!
I met with the designer not really knowing what kind of flowers I even wanted! I showed her a few pictures of what i liked, told her the colors i wanted and BAM! She knew exactly what I was imagining!
All the flowers looked amazing, fresh and smelled so good! I had so many compliments on how much every one loved the arrangements! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Seven Stems did the flower arrangements and decorations for my 10 year class reunion and they did an AMAZING JOB! They were professional, prompt, set up everything, and not to mention everything turned out BEAUTIFUL! I have and will recommend Seven Stems to friends and family for any special event.
