Window Cleaning– Includes wiping down exterior vinyl trim, hand washing and drying screens. Interior tracks are cleaned. Shoe covers and throw towels are used during all interior work.

History

Established in 2005.

I started my window cleaning business in 2005, and became a member of the Better Business Bureau in 2007, and have been a member ever since. I have an «A» rating with the BBB, and have 1,000,000 liability insurance through Golden Eagle Insurance.

I really enjoy my job… A couple of years into my business, I had the opportunity to hire employees, and become a manager, but I just couldn’t give up the peace and enjoyment of doing it myself. I absolutely love cleaning windows! I love being outdoors year round in our beautiful Southern California climate, I love the exercise and enjoy, first hand, seeing the smiles on my customers’ faces as they peer through their beautifully sparkling, streak-​free windows. There is also a sense of cleanliness and freshness throughout the home when the job is done properly. The whole package brings me a lot of self-​satisfaction.

He is dependable, trustworthy, and does a fantastic, thorough job on my screens and windows. Also, super conscientious. After moving to Carlsbad 3 years ago, we have tried 3 different window cleaning companies in North County. Squeegeepro is the 3rd, and we will no longer call anyone but Terry! We found Terry after reading the raving reviews of his work on the neighborhood social media site Nextdoor, and we are so glad that we did! Our windows were extraordinarily dirty after construction work and patio resurfacing. Terry did an amazing job making them absolutely «sparkle,» and the house practically feels like new! His pleasant demeanor, prompt return phone calls/​texts, meticulous work and professionalism are such rare qualities these days. He goes above and beyond, cleaning not just the windows and screens, but the tracks and window casing. His passion for his work is evident in the high quality with which he cleans each and every window. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. We highly, highly recommend Terry if you want an A+ job.

Am very cautious about strangers coming into my home for any reason and so I dread facing the occasional need to have to hire someone I don’t know to show up and do tasks that I cannot do myself.
My house has some very inaccessibly high windows that were embarrassingly filthy but I kept putting off the process of finding the right person to do the job.
Finally I asked a friend who has a home with similarly high – but clean – windows, and she recommended Terry. I called him and made an appointment. He showed up on time, and was very professional and pleasant. The fact that he enjoys his work made it even more relaxing to have him moving about the house. He works solo – no sullen druggie types in tow – and he quietly and efficiently completed the job without taking a break.
Now I am sitting here in my home with sparkling clean windows, wondering what took me so long to find Squeegee Pro. I won’t hesitate to call Terry again when the clear story hazes up again.

I am adding Terry Hilburn’s window cleaning business to Unilocal along with a 5 star rating. This guy has cleaned my windows twice, and also does some of my neighbor’s homes. He goes above and beyond and delivers what he promises unlike other window cleaners I’ve had before. He REALLY does clean the tracks and screens! He is pleasant and fair-​priced. He even cleaned a ton of bird droppings off my stucco outside window sills I didn’t expect. He didn’t even charge me extra and did a beautiful job. He also does commercial work too.
