We are a 50 Unit Low Income Specific Property. We provide lower than market rent rates to people who Qualify. We operate in the 80% — 90% AMI. Even though we are considered low income our Rents and Deposits are more towards market rates.

History

Established in 2001.

Sunny Creek Apartments were created for hard working people surviving on less income then their neighbors in the City of Carlsbad. That is the reason Sunny Creek Apartments and the City of Carlsbad Housing came to an agreement in 2001 when Sunny Creek Apartments began to accept the first tenants. Thus Ensuring these good people would have a nice place to call home. That agreement remains in place today, and will tomorrow for the very same reason.

Aman Hall is a family man who grew up in the Marines. He is married and has a 3 year old daughter who runs the house and has added a new baby boy to the family. He Specializes in Low Income properties and processes Accounts Receivable for the Company RPM Winchester he works for in Oceanside, CA.
