Residential and Commercial Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing and Screen Repair. Our customary Residential Service includes screens cleaned and window-​tracks vacuumed. We also clean mirrors, lights and chandeliers. We carry liability insurance. Our California State Contractors License for Construction Clean-​up is #968 657. We are a competitively priced service in north county San Diego. We are family owned and operated.

History

Established in 1999.

The Clear Choice Window Cleaning was formerly known as BB Property Maintenance and Window Cleaning. We have provided a dependable quality of service since 1976. The two partners of The Clear Choice Window Cleaning are a father and son. Between them they have a cumulative experience of over 50 years in the trade. To best serve the needs of our clients we have branched out into replacing and repairing window screens, power-​washing services and hard-​water stain removal services. In 2010 we aquired a contractor license in order to best serve the needs of the building trade, property managers, and large commercial cleaning projects.

I have been the managing partner since 1999 and have made it my mission to provide a quality service for a consistantly competative price. With a background in the climbing trade I consider myself an access specialist: I employ safe means to access difficult to reach windows. Over the years I have worked in just about every residential neighborhood in North San Diego County. In a typical year my company cleans the windows in approximatly 1,000 homes in the North County area. I am a people person and I love my work.

WOW… I had no idea what a difference clean windows make on your house until we hired Matt to come out and clean all 30 of them, and let me just say… WORTH EVERY PENNY! And what’s better? His prices can’t be beat!
Matt did a FANTASTIC job! He cleaned all windows, inside and out, quickly and efficiently, and even offered to replace a few of our busted screens, which he did lightning fast and at a great price too! He was skilled at walking on our clay tile roof to get the hard to reach windows as well.
Matt was professional, detail oriented, and our windows never looked better! I have been telling all of our neighbors that they need to call Matt and have this done, it truly makes such a difference on the appearance of your house! If we weren’t moving Matt, I would call you out twice a year! :-)

Based on reviews here, I scheduled to have my windows cleaned before putting our house for sale. Matt gave an estimate by phone, arrived on time (a few minutes early) and got right to work. The windows were beautiful when he was done. We were SO pleased with his work and fair price, we hired him to clean the windows on our new home. Another beautiful job. I’ve tried a few others over the years and always switch. That won’t be the case any longer.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Matt and team! Windows cover much of our home surface area and had accrued layers of dirt and grime that I thought it would take much effort and time, but his crew came in prepared with the right tools to tackle anything and got it all done in only a couple hours, inside and out. Chose Clear Choice based on reviews they got and then decided to have them come after talking to Matt. Prices are very reasonable and Matt is super friendly, curtious, and down to earth! They were able to schedule me next day, and not only CAME ON TIME but called me LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD before coming! Really enjoyed talking to them while they worked and were in and out in less than an hour! My windows are BEAUTIFUL! No streaks… NONE. Yes, as a woman I woud have liked to have the sills cleaned a little more meticulously but that is minor. And for me to say that MEANS A LOT! (I AM a clean «freak»). Matt and Paul were great. Very professional and worked through many issues with my windows in very hot weather. We live on a 3rd floor condo with inaccessible windows but Matt was able to use a variety of equipment and got them all clean; something no other window washer has been able to do. He even made a special trip home to get another piece of equipment to accommodate our window needs. And he rescreened two patio doors while here. They really went above and beyond and we will now use them exclusively.

The windows in my house are beautiful but a pain to clean since the entire front is a lot of 12″ x 12″ cottage style. I’ve used Matt two times this year and I can tell you it was amazing!
He’s a pleasure to have here! Fast, efficient and friendly! The cost is well worth it! He can take credit cards with his portable cube device too!

Found these guys on Thumbtack and they delivered a great value at a phenomenal price. Bob did a fantastic job power washing our house and washing the windows inside and out. He removed some horrendous black moldy streaks from the roof edge above our garage, without taking the paint off with them. He was really quick and professional, and a real nice guy that was incredibly friendly. You can actually see out the windows now too. In fact, I thought the window was open a few times as I looked out in the days that followed. It only cost how much? Wow.

After completing a recent home remodel and landscaping project, my windows were disgustingly dirty! The windows, screens, and window tracks were covered in a dirt film. Matt quickly returned my phone call, scheduled a date to clean the windows, and showed up on time! My windows have never looked better — having the windows cleaned made such a HUGE difference! I would highly recommend Matt. He did an excellent job cleaning all the windows (inside and outside) of our three story townhouse. I couldn’t imagine how someone would even get up to the third floor, but somehow he did! He is extremely thorough, professional, reliable, friendly and accommodating. His prices are very reasonable as well. I called him on a Monday afternoon and needed someone to clean my windows the same week. He even rearranged his schedule so that he could accommodate my schedule.
I don’t usually write reviews on Unilocal,but he did such and outstanding job that I decided to write one. I would highly recommend Matt, and I can’t imagine using anyone else in the future to clean my windows.

Best window cleaner ever! John gave me an over-​the-​phone estimate (similar to 2 other companies estimates), showed up on time, worked really hard (over 75 windows inside/​outside/​screens), and every single window looks GREAT! I would definitely recommend hiring this man to do your windows… especially since it’s a father-​son team.
