History

Established in 2007.

Dr. Walker was born and raised in southern California and graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997. She received her dental degree with honors from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco in 2002. Dr. Walker relocated back down to southern California to practice general dentistry for two years before finding her true calling in orthodontics. She returned to the University of the Pacific, where she received her orthodontic specialty training and her Master of Science in Dentistry.

Was referred here by several friends and our son’s pediatric dentist. Professional and friendly staff, latest technology, cute and comfortable office and very convenient to our home. The staff is wonderful; Wendy in particular, who went over all the details in a fun and engaging manner that both I and my teenaged son appreciated!
Dr. Walker is great! Getting braces is no fun but Walker 3D makes it as pleasant and enjoyable as it possibly can be. Very cool seeing the 3D imaging details that many orthodontists do not yet offer.

We have been coming here since around 2008 … maybe even longer. The staff has always been nice and very helpful. I have always found Dr. Walker to be very professional and friendly to her patients and their families. We have our 2nd child currently in braces with Dr. Walker and are very happy with the treatment plan.
I know of many families in the Carlsbad area that have used Dr. Walker and been very pleased with the office and her services. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews here. Every time a friend asks for a referral on Facebook, I always see her name entered by another friend or friend-​of-​a-​friend. I have no hesitation giving her 5 stars.

We absolutely love Dr. Walker and her office staff. Both of my children have had their first phase of braces through her office and I had a mouth guard made by her. She did a great job with the least amount of pain and cost possible. The fees are reasonable and comparable to other offices. She doesn’t prolong treatment and I was amazed at how quickly we saw results. The office is very high tech but comfortable and fun. Dr. Walker and her staff are incredibly kind and make the not so fun experience of having braces much easier.

While on vacation, my daughter’s braces became unattached to her back tooth. Dr. Walker’s office helped us greatly by giving us a same day appointment to rectify the problem without charge.
I was told by our ortho that he was glad that Dr. Walker was so generous because it should be a common thing for ortho doctors to help each other out when their patients are out of town.
