It is an absolute pleasure working with Zac. He represented my family in the purchase of our first home in San Elijo Hills. Zac is the best realtor I have ever met. Zac found a house for me that I would not have found on my own. It was a great experience. He really made the transaction as hassle and stress free for me as much as humanly possible. Zac is also very honest and does not look after any of his own interests when working with a client — he obviously is in this line of work because he wants to make you happy!

Our best decision in buying a new home was choosing Zac as a realtor. It may sound like an exaggeration, but it’s not. We were under time restraints to find a new home and found ourselves really overwhelmed trying to figure out the different areas in SD, the school districts, etc. We had numerous realtors offer their assistance but they all seemed generic until we met Zac. He made such an impression on us. He was so authentic and genuinely interested in finding a home that our family would be happy in versus closing a deal. His lovely wife (who is a teacher) even joined us on a long drive through the different communities… telling us about the school districts, the pros/​cons of each area, etc. Zac would ask us «what’s important to you» and eliminate communities and/​or houses that didn’t fit those needs or desires. This helped us save so much time and focus on the areas that would be best suited for us. Once we found our dream home, Zac negotiated and handled everything like a pro. His calm, friendly and professional demeanor was such a pleasure to work with. His answer to everything was «no problem.» If more people could be like him, the word would be a better place. He is such an ethical and quality person who is genuinely interested in helping others. In addition, he is a wealth of information which helped us to make the best decision when it came to our home. Now that the house has closed, he continues to provide us with service even though there is no financial incentive. A true class act — you won’t find a better realtor.

Choosing Zac as our Realtor to help us buy our home was the best decision my husband and I have made. He is very professional, patient and he really understands the San Diego market, especially in San Elijo Hills.
Zac took the time to explain everything to us. He was incredibly patient and spent countless hours educating us.
