The guys here are super friendly. They keep the store clean and are attentive. Love this place.

Holy Moly… I called this place an hour ago and got a young man on the phone who, within seconds of answering my call, asked me to «hold on one sec dude» ~ and he set the phone down. I waited patiently thinking he might be helping a customer out, but as I listened to him give his lunch order to a coworker who was heading out to pick up a hoagie, I kind of got irritated. However, I still waited on hold ~ not really on hold, because he simply placed the phone on the counter where I could hear his entire conversation. Finally I just hung up after 8 – 10 minutes of listening to him chat it up with other employees and hearing his weekend’s plans.
I’ve tried calling back for the last 45 minutes and the darn phone is still busy. It’s Monday morning so I doubt they are THAT busy… I’m sure the young «dude» just put the phone down on the counter and forgot about it.
I think I’ll just go to Tilly’s :)

I was really impressed with the service that I received from Izzy and the entire staff here. We went in on a quest for a proper pair of skate shoes and we were not let down. The staff was very attentive and we found exactly what we were looking for.

Zumiez. Typical mall shop, mall shop employees, mall shop prices, mall shop gear. Step outside and head down the hall to much better stores than this.

I have a preteen boy who is very particular about what he will wear. Unfortunately for me, he is also going to be very tall which means he is constantly outgrowing his clothes. I have spent countless frustrating hours taking him around shopping only to come home with nothing. I have also tried the whole ‘you’ll wear whatever we give you to wear and be grateful’ thing, only to end up buying clothes that end up sitting in a dresser while he continues to overwear his same old ragged favorites until far beyond their retirement age.
We made the trek down to the outlets because we had been quite successful at the Pac Sun outlet a couple of years before. We headed there first and were disappointed. Then came the dreaded march through store after store only to hear ‘yeah, there’s nothing here’ time and time again. Little brother was getting antsy and whiny. Husband was getting irritated and cranky. Looked like I was facing the defeat of yet another wasted day.
And then, there was Zumiez. Like the light at the end of a walk-​in closet full of all the wrong styles, it drew my son in with promises of Neff shirts, ‘sick’ shoes, and shorts that were exactly the right length.
Salespeople are there to sell. Not sure if they are on commission or just a goal system, but boy do they work it. I normally prefer to be left alone a little more when shopping for myself, but at this point I was grateful for the help. And this guy helping us really knew what he was doing. He zeroed in on my son’s style with just a few short questions and managed to pick out a few pairs of shorts that were more than acceptable to both of us. He was helpful, but never overbearing or pushy.
When all was said and done we went to the counter with a weeks worth of outfits and a pair of shoes. I thought I had done a pretty good job of keeping track of how much we were spending, but then was pleasantly surprised to discover that we actually got an additional percentage off of the sale price of the shoes, bringing them down to only $ 18! I grabbed our salesperson and asked if they had anything in little brother’s size. He scoured the shelves and backroom for me and came back with the only pair that small in the entire store — a pair of DCs for under $ 20!
Thank you Zumiez for saving the day! We will be back after the next growth spurt. Assuming of course that the boy’s style does not change yet again by then. :)

Qt with snake bites. Pretty sure he was checking me out but couldn’t tell… I was wearing all black with snake bites too. Ur yummy hmu.

Tatts and piercings aside, these guys provide quality customer service beyond expectations. Came in for some back to school clothes for the teen and left with 2 pants/​jeans, 3 Ts, AND a pair of vans for $ 140 total!
A steal compared to comparable stores. As it should be, after all this is the OUTLET mall where you shouldn’t have to pay $ 30 for a t-​shirt! We will be back, thanks guys! Oh, and helpful, friendly service too. :)
