I love Musclemaker grill. I started going to them with my brother John about 7 – 8 years ago. We started going to The bodybuilder Victor Martinez(very nice guy) in Edgewater’s location back in the day. I moved to Lyndhurst about 2 years ago and eat at this location multiple times a week. The owner and manager who are both named Moe are stand up guys and run a real clean friendly establishment that serves great food. There is no better night then hitting Strong and Shapely gym with my pal Billy and then coming here for some good eats.

My favorite place to eat is Muscle Maker Grill. It is the first place I look to whenever I eat fast food. Luckily I have 4 or 5 stores within 10 miles. There is something special about this particular place. The sweet potato fries are so crisp, never soggy and always have the perfect temperature. But that is not all, the Premium Burger is so tasty and never falls apart and is a smörgåsbord of tastes. I don’t know if I used smörgåsbord correctly but I was hoping it made me sound like an expert in burgers. Food here is awesome and at less than 700 calories this dish provides great taste in a healthy option. The other stores, although great, really need to take lessons from the cook here. Decided to stop at the MMG on my way home and was not disappointed! This is my 4thMMG that I have been too and this location has the best food out of all of them. In particular the manager named Moe makes you feel like you are at home eating a meal. I highly recommend everyone to try this Muscle Maker Grill location off of Route 17.

I really appreciate this business in the neighborhood. I’ve come here 2x since it has opened once just for a drink at the bar & the other for dinner. The amount of food doesn’t disappoint. It was certainly enough for two people and had plenty leftover. I did order takeout once, but wasn’t so satisfied. It seems like you get more food for what you pay when you eat in vs takeout. Either way it’s tasty, healthier options that the neighborhood needs more of.

I love this place. The food is so tasty, and it’s healthy so I never feel guilty about what I eat. The staff is awesome, too. I feel like there’s been a lot of turnover over the past year but whoever does the hiring is doing a great job. Everyone is always really friendly. This place is a lifesaver.

Just have to say, the customer service there was more than wonderful! Up sold me on the sugar free cheese cake which was YUMMY! Moe, their delivery driver was very pleasant to talk with. Most certainly an asset to Muscle Maker Grill!

Fresh and healthy, just how I like it. Big portion sizes, and the prices are reasonable especially when you consider how much food you are getting. I feel like I always get two meals out of everything I order here. Good to note: the turkey chili is not the typical turkey chili in a soup bowl that you are used to, it’s more of a meat plate yet STILLDELICIOUS!

I came here 2 days in a row for lunch while traveling here for work(most likely a 3rd time tomorrow). Tasty yet filling food that I had no regrets over eating. I highly recommend this place if you want to eat healthy but want something filling. I wish we had a couple of these places back in Chicago!

Never a disappointment! The chili is great and I always order the turkey meatball parm wrap with the cucumber salad. A great choice for eating healthy!

I’ve heard about this place so I went to check it out for my first time and ordered the BBQ chicken wrap. Honestly I was very dissppointed. The chicken was so dry and stale it was difficult to chew. Not ordering here again.

Staff is great. the food is good. Grass fed beef which is great, but chicken isn’t organic. Neither are most of the veggies, cheese, and meatballs. all natural is not organic. Don’t give you ingredients in store or on website about what’s in their sauces. Okay if you’re looking for a quick bite

It’s a good place to order from or go to when you’re looking for something healthful and not too expensive. My favorite is the Arizona or the Italiano salad. I wish they would occasionally change up their menu. If you’re on Weight Watchers, no worries going off track here. Excellent delivery service. Their Lodi NJ location could stand to learn a thing or two about service from them.

Always a friendly person working the register, not a bad place to go for quick pickup or eat-in. Positives: Their MMG Signature wrap is good. Cucumber salad or pasta salad that comes free with wraps are good. Turkey meatball sides are worth getting. Arizona entrée that has chicken, turkey bacon, tomato and their signature size is pretty darn good too. Their sauce is pretty strong in flavor and may be better off with jus a little amount instead. Negatives: Turkey meatball wrap is not good at all. Expect a gargling and uneasy stomach soon after eating it. Got it once and won’t get it again. Their protein shakes are Seven Eleven Gulp-sized and good but pricing is a big negative. Yes, it is a meal replacement and all but spending around $ 6.00 for one doesn’t feel right.

I really like the Muscle Maker chain in general. This is located on RT. 17 which also has alot more fast food chains. For the same price if not cheaper I would spend my money here. I stick with the Rocky Balboa wrap, and with that you get a free side. I normally get western potatoes which are spicy or I will get baked potatoe. I do not know if he is the owner or manager but the guy is very nice and says Thank You a few times before you leave. In this day and age sometimes you are shocked when you hear that especially in north jersey! I have also ate the cheeseburger salad which was really good. I stick with Rocky Balboa wrap more often than not and it will defiintely fill you up. The portions are not small, and they are not huge. They are right in the middle.

I love this chain — and this one is the best with a very friendly staff. This is not your gradma’s «health food» so if you are thinking tofu, wheat germ and alfalfa spouts type of health food you are in for a pleasant surprise. You don’t have to be a health nut to eat here — it is good food and it is delicious. They have a lot of different choices from platters to wrap sandwiches. They offer delicious sauces which you would not think you could have with«healthy» food. I love their MMG signature wrap which is grilled chicken, turkey bacon(awesome), low fat cheese, lettuce, chopped red onions with their awesome special sauce. It is huge and I only ever eat half. They have a bunch of side choices like potato salad, broccoli, rice or pasta salad. Who knew eating healthy could taste so good.

Left to my own devices, I probably would not have normally tried the place. Didn’t really seem like my cup of tea. But the kid went soon after it opened and pronounced the wraps«really good» and they have a student’s special which always makes things taste better to him. Then the wife found a 2 for 1 coupon for the place in the local paper(It was actually for a different location but Carlstadt honored it anyway.) so off we went. I ordered the Sesame Teriyaki Chicken with pasta and the wife choose the Cajun Chicken with Penne. Both of us requested whole wheat pasta which was a penne. The available selection of beverages didn’t contain anything I could drink/liked but they had no problem with us bring in our own non-adult beverages. We found a table and the entrees were brought to us when ready. This was fairly rapid, a matter of only a few minutes. Both dishes were served with some nicely cooked, moist, skinless white meat chicken chunks over the whole wheat penne in a brown base sauce. The wife’s came with a good sized table spoon worth of a tomato salsa. Mine was just meat and pasta. We ordered similar dishes and I think they use the same base sauce for both and just add different seasoning. Both of thought that the dishes could have used a bit more of this seasoning. The wife thought the Cajun needed more«heat» and I was having trouble tasting the«Teriyaki.» There was just a hint. These issues aside, it was tasty enough that we finished both meals. My only real issue is that I would have liked a few more ounces of chicken in both meals. The staff was quite friendly and attentive. During the course of meal 3 different people came up at least 5 times to ask if everything was OK. The kid asked us to bring him home a BBQ wrap with baked spud side, which disappeared within about 2.5 minutes of my handing it to him so I guess that pretty much covers what he thought of his selection. Over all I’m sure my son will be returning. I’m on the fence. With the 2 for coupon, I was satisfied with the meal. If I were paying full price I’d want a bit more substance(meat) with the meal.
