Typical sleazy used car dealership
We called in advance and spoke to Dan about a vehicle we were interested in and Dan told us the vehicle was in stock and ready to be seen. I specifically mentioned to Dan that I am driving from over one hour away and he reassured me the car was here and ready to be sold.
When we got there and spoke to Dan he said the car is somewhere in the back and to go find it. After 10 – 15 minutes of searching and not finding the car, Dan suddenly remembered the car is gone for service. After expressing our disappointment about being misled Dan said the car would be here tomorrow morning and he would give us a call.
The next day comes and no call from Dan so we call Dan that evening and his coworker picks up and take a message for him and says he will call back within 10 minutes… no call back. Next day I made another call and Dan again was not there and the lady I spoke to took down my info again and said I would get a call later that day.
Guess what? No call ever came (shocker) and I decided to take my business elsewhere.
This is a typical bait and switch dealership. They get most of their cars from wholesale and auction and many of the cars have been in previous accidents. I would save your time and money and find a more reputable dealer.

Thank you John Armstrong you are a real ProFessional. This was the easiest deal I ever made no haggling no high-​pressure best dealer I ever went to. Personally this is the first time I ever went to a place that didn’t use the line let me talk to my manager, which is a total crock of crap, since they only go to the water cooler to say that their manager said, no! or they come up with some other low ball tactics. No polyester Guido’s here. I’m done with the mainstream car dealers from now on project one is my go to place from now on. This place I will definitely be recommending to family, friends and anyone I encounter. I got a great car and deal on my Audi S4. Thanks for treating us with care and it did not take too much time.

I purchased a C4S, sight unseen, from the good folks over at Project One in February. This is the fourth car I’ve purchased out of state, and by far the best experience. I submitted my online inquiry to Dan after closing, and he reached out to me first thing the next morning to provide me with details about the car, including a visual inspection report. I did some additional research on Project One that day (A+ BBB rating), confirmed that the car was EXTREMELY fairly priced, pulled up my own Autocheck report (in addition to the CarFax they provided), and wound up purchasing the car the same day. Dan set me up with an independent inspection of the vehicle (buyer expense) which revealed some minor maintenance items (worn pads and rotors), which I worked with Dan on resolving to my complete satisfaction prior to shipment. Speaking of shipment, Dan put me directly in contact with one of his transport brokers, who was also great and priced very fairly (I used enclosed transport). When I received the vehicle there were no surprises; everything was as Dan shared. Overall I was extremely pleased with the entire purchase process (e.g., timely communication, detailed photos of the car, ease of executing the transaction, help resolving maintenance items, no misc./hidden fees, etc.) and would highly recommend Project One. I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases!

Great Buying experience. Huge selection of cars in their large garage. Price was as advertised in the website. No extra fees. I just got my 2013 VW Jetta today and happy with my purchase. Will definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure dealing with Elvin and his crew. I saw the car on line and called. Un-​like some of the other on-​line dealers the great advertised pricing was true. I had called and confirmed the price and car was in stock. Next day went over for a LONG test drive. Came back with a certified check and off I went. They had me in and out in no time flat. Car runs great. Will buy again from them in a heart beat and I constantly recommend them to people I meet that are looking for a car. They had a nice selection of hi-​end and mid level automobiles to choose from in their in door lot. A+++++++

I wanted to purchase used Prius so I went to few Toyota Dealership to get certified vehicle thinking that they will have professional services. It was a nightmare. Toyota Universe tried ripping me off by charging outrageous fees (over $ 3,000 on top of advertised price) and interest rate at 9%. Disgusting. Went to other Toyota dealerships and the ALSO offered bait and switch tactics, offering low price but high interest financing DESPITE I had pre-​approved bank check from Chase under 3.5% (my credit is over 800).
Tired and fed up, I found Poject One on Edmunds, saw many positive ratings and decided to give a try. I met John, who I think works at the office was very helpful, upfront honest gentleman. There are no rings and bells, no hidden charges, clear and honest place. From test drive to closing everything was a breeze. They even offered better financing than my bank at 2.1% through Wells Fargo.
This was my best car purchase experience ever!

Nothing to complain about. Transaction went very smoothly, they processed the sale quickly, and the car was just as it was described on their website. We purchased a Passat from them and are very happy with it. I would definitely return to them in the future.

First off, this place has a variety of cars. Their indoor showroom is great, with lots of options for any buyer.
We had the pleasure of working with Elvin, he was friendly, professional and efficient. It literally took 37 minutes to get the deal done. He let us test drive the car and answered all questions we had. Very knowledgeable I highly recommend asking for him!

I cannot express just how awesome this dealership is. Unlike most used car dealerships their business model shouldn’t just be praised but praised and imitated.
With a large indoor, that’s right, indoor showroom, these gentlemen offer quite a selection of used vehicles at more than fair prices. From Jaguars, Mercedes and BMW’s to Fords, Chevys and even econline vans. A good selection of autos at probably below book value.
Management and staff are knowledgeable and courteous and definitely make the customer, not the sale, as their first priority and responsibility. Imagine, they ask if you want to be left alone while inspecting the vehicle. They even encourage you to bring your own mechanic for a better inspection of the vehicle.
I cannot shout out enough praises for this place. If your in the neighborhood for a used car, or buying a second car, or even shopping for a car for your kids, you owe it to yourself to at least check this place out. You’ll come out quite satisfied.

I have to say I was very burned out shopping for my midlife crisis car. Going to traditional Chrysler dealers was an exercise in frustration. Dishonest, questionable cars for ridiculous prices. I then by accident found Project One. Dan and John were straight up gentlemen, knew their pricing and did everything possible to put the deal together. They even bent over backwards to accommodate the bank that I brought to the table even though they were not part of their network. I can truly say that buying a vehicle is a different experience with Project One. I highly recommend.

Got a great deal and I’m very happy with my 09 BMW 328i coupe. I worked with John throughout my purchase and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. Very professional, upfront, honest and personable. No pressure sales and allowed me to look over the car (as well as test drive) on my own without looking over my shoulder the whole time. Their financing and purchasing process was a breeze and I was in and out after a couple hours. My local mechanic gave the car a once over after I purchased the car (I live in NC) and noticed one of the thrust rod bushings was leaking. This wasn’t a big deal to me since I paid well below book value for the car. The 30-​day warranty only covers drive train but Dan at Project One offered to fix the problem with free labor, I only had to pay for the parts. Gestures like this go a long way in my book. These guys clearly know what they’re doing and truly want their customers to be happy. The entire process from start to finish has been extremely smooth. I’d gladly do business with them again and they’ll be the first place I look for my next car purchase.

I was in a bad car accident, my car was totaled. I need to find a replacement vehicle so I started a broad internet search. I eventually found Project One Auto and they had the exact car I was looking for. They operate out of Carlstadt, NJ so I had to try to make arrangements long distance. This was not an experience I was looking forward to. However, from the very first contact the team at Project One Auto was easy to work with, forthcoming with information and helpful with every detail. I hired an independent mechanic to have the car reviewed so I could independently verify the details they provided. Not only was everything as advertized, but they were helpful with every request.
