History

Established in 2001.

Martino Entertainment was created by Carmel Valley resident Chris Martino out of pure passion for music & entertaining. Around the same time Chris adapted the name DJ Cristo taken from one of his favorite stories of all time «The Count Of Monte Cristo». From 2001 to 2006 Chris specialized in Weddings, School Dances, and Birthday Parties while performing as a solo act. In 2006, Carmel, CA native Philip Scully (or better know as DJ Scully) added his talents to the business. From 2006 – 2008, the Disc Jockey Duo made a name for themselves creating dances for high school kids and concerts for local musicians & performing artists. The themed high school dances became an extremely popular alternative to the basic school ran dances and within 3 months the venue was sold out for every event maxing out at 350 people. In 2008 Chris re-​established himself as a solo act and Martino Entertainment has expanded adding Artist Management, Promotions, Events and much more.
