Business Owner

Having grown up in Pebble Beach, Andrea is thrilled to have recently relocated to Carmel from San Francisco, where she trained high-​profile clientele in the Pacific Heights hills for several years.

Andrea is an ACSM Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Human Movement. Andrea also received a Masters Certificate in Holistic Health Studies which is seen throughout her training style.

Having experience as a collegiate athlete, modern-​dancer, youth athletic coach, outdoor boot-​camp leader, and yoga instructor, Andrea enjoys combining her love of teaching and knowledge of fitness in the individualized approach of Personal Training. Her passion for mind/​body movement and teaching others about the importance of healthy body awareness has been growing strong for over 14 years.

Andrea uses her experience and knowledge to create fun, motivating and challenging exercise-​programs while incorporating breath work and awareness on posture and alignment.
