I tried to return a case for a tablet that wasn’t the quality I expected for the price. Didn’t notice, but return policy is 15 days. Be sure to pay attention to that, they are unforgiving on this policy. I was at 21 days. At original purchase of the tablet itself, sales person very inattentive and actually recommended I go on line to get what I was looking for. They didn’t have what I was looking for. Offered no substitutes or discussion of alternatives. Love the tablet I was finally able to pick from their store with minimal help from sales person. Very discouraged by a waste of thirty nine dollars for a useless case. Bad service. Have shopped there many years. Will not shop there again.

I went on a slow Sunday, 15 people in the store max. I had a few questions about my recently purchased surface pro and was considering an additional purchase for some accessories. Geek squad was obviously annoyed and was not knowledgeable on the accessories I needed. He only partially answered/fixed the issue I was having. Headed to the back where I ran into an HP salesman by the name of Tim who was nicer and more knowledgeable and even helped me look at samsung tablets!(not even his line of product). The samsung sales group was more interested in the football game than selling. I’ve been to this best buy several times and I always receive Sub par service but this was by far the worst. Two stars ONLY because they have a great HP sales rep. They need to hire people who actually enjoy their job and are personal like Tim.

I went here over Labor Day weekend to get some stuff for my home theater. Their stuff is really overpriced, and their stock was really abysmal. I’ve learned over a decade ago to never come here for any computer components, because they just don’t have much, their staff do NOT know what they are talking about, and it’s almost not even worth stepping into the store when you can get the same product online for about 15% cheaper. ‘Mark, why don’t you try to price match!’. Well, Internet, I suppose I could, but I could just give the online retailer my business instead.

Very low on stock… thought I would stop and try to get a present for my brother. I also wanted to get a couple of other items, all of which they were out of. Went to my car and just ordered off of Amazon with my smart phone. There is some time I will never get back.

I try not to go to any store on the weekends before christmas, but I needed a printer. This store has plenty of parking and lots of help. I was in and out in ten minutes. Lots of sales and no waiting to check out.

I wish we had the option of giving 0 stars! So after the DVD issue I gave this store another chance and purchased a television… the television broke within 60 days and they were supposed to come out and exchange the television. I purchased a delivery and installation with the original television and they were to do the same with the exchange television… I am a week in with no television, and still talking with customer service 45 minutes later… I would recommend just going to HHGregg!

This is your typical retail store. They have pretty much everything you could ask for as far as electronics go. If you are going to be purchasing DVD’s or Blu-Rays; go down the street to Target! They will sell Blu-ray’s here for $ 34.99 that you can get at Target for $ 24.99! If it’s the same product; I don’t see why you should pay more… The sales people are kind of pushy. Especially when it comes to buying«black tie plans» or «protection plans». They come out of the woodwork a lot of times and always say things like«we don’t work on commission so…» I just don’t like to be backed into a corner to buy an extended warranty that covers everything but what I have happen to it! A lot of times, I know what I want and I just want to wonder and it gets somewhat frustrating when someone comes up every 5 seconds asking if they can help you find something. On the flipside, when you need to find something; no one is around! That’s just the way it works! lol All in all, they have a great staff, they are friendly, and are extremely helpful when you need them.
