Bright House Networks

Brighthouse is to expensive. Customer service is extremely poor. Quality of service is horrible. Bills are always more than quoted.

I am now officially fed up with Brighthouse prices. I have been w this company for over 20 years and have seen prices skyrocket from between $ 30 and $ 40 a month to now, with all of their services, more than 160 a month… and it is obscene. I am on a fixed income and I simply cannot afford them any more. They are still the best service provider, but for something that is supposed to like a public utility… thry are more than my monthly heating averaged last winter.

Our remote was having issues. The select and down button didn’t work at all. I took the remote to Bright House’s Carmel location prepared to argue with them over the remote.
I walked in the front door with the remote in my hand, and before I even took two steps inside, the girl behind the counter said «Need a new remote?» I looked at her and said «Yeah, this one doesn’t work.» She pulled a new remote out from under the counter and said «Here you go, the instructions on how to program the remote are right here, if you have any problems or questions, please give us a call.» I stopped, looked at her, and said (jokingly) «You’re not even gonna fight me about it?!» She said «Nope, I like to keep things as seamless as possible.» I laughed and thanked her (and I got my batteries back :)
A really great experience with Bright House. I can’t say I’ve had that exact experience all the time, but MAN what a great experience!
