If I had my way, I’d keep my money in the mattress — seriously, banks and other such institutions (Countrywide Mortgage) are not my favorite entities with which to interact. But since I must, I at least give three stars to this branch of Chase.
The manager, Chrissy, has an amazing knack for remembering customers — quite a feat in my opinion. I also like the friendly attitudes of the individuals working here. They are actually service-​oriented as opposed to their literature just saying they are. Brett worked with me recently and he was nothing if not extremely helpful.
I never get ignored here, either… which is great, because there’s nothing worse than lending your money to a financial institution that doesn’t even say hello when you walk in the door. Kudos to this team for being on top of their customer service game!
