Business Owner

Dr. Anthony Buzzetti has devoted his life to the care and well-being of pets. A 1985 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Buzzetti was a practice owner in Ft. Lauderdale before moving to Iowa to support his wife, Lori, as she pursued her education. In Iowa he managed an emergency hospital that served a community of more than 50 veterinarians. He moved to Indianapolis in 1991 to work at the Airport Emergency Clinic and performed relief veterinary services, all while searching for a location for his Carmel veterinary office. Before opening our flagship location on Rangeline Road, Dr. Buzzetti founded The Downtown Veterinarian and Companion Animal Hospital and the Clinic in Indianapolis. (Those are no longer affiliated with Dr. Buzzetti.)Dr. Buzzetti and Lori have a bustling home, which includes daughter Tessa and son Jake. The Buzzettis’ pets include Charlie (a miniature poodle), Oliver (Havanese mix), Reggie and Peanut (two cute cats) and five hamsters.
