terrible customer service cane to the zionsville location where clearly states open till 8 online even thou i arrived at 6:50 the attendent said she couldnt serve my son cause they clise at 7:00 then complained hiw she would get in trouble if if she worked after 7pm even thou she had other boys in there getting their hair cut then told me go to the one on 146th st cause they open till but guess what no they also close there at 7pm and she stated she works there also terrible customer service was. lost of my time and gas to even deal with a company dont respect customers time and efforts

The first time I took my son for his first haircut, it wasn’t too bad. The stylist was friendly, and his hair looked fairly decent. Today, the stylist seemed to have tremors (her hands shook the entire time!), and his hair is so uneven and weird looking. There is a horizontal line shaved over his ear, and the back and sides are patchy. I’ll have to wait a few weeks and have it evened out somewhere else. We won’t be going back.

I was very impressed with this place. We went to Kathy for my son’s first haircut and she did an excellent job! Very patient and friendly. She made a point to layer my son’s hair even and I have even been back for a second time.
On a side note… I live in Chicago and think this place is better than any up there.

It’s such a cute place and so convenient I’ve taken my two girls twice… and both times there hair has been completely uneven and it was obvious… but they thought it looked great. It’s no wonder they are NEVER BUSY! Pay the extra money and take your child to a real salon. It’s a shame the owner doesn’t pick up on the lack of business and bad reviews… all they need is good stylists to make this place popular!

Like other reviewers have said, hairstylist had zero personality. None of the hairstylists even acted like they wanted to be there. Took my 15 month old son there for his second haircut and haircut was completely screwed up. There was no uniformity and I had to tell hairstylist where to cut his hair when she said she was done. Stylist kept getting frustrated when my son would move his head. He’s not an adult and small children move about a lot. I will not be bringing my child back.

I took my daughter here for her first haircut right before her second birthday. We bought the first haircut package. The hair stylist had zero personality. She did not try to talk with my daughter or us and really I could not understand why she was working at a kids haircut place when she clearly does not know how to or care to interact with little kids. On top of that… she did not even part her hair right to cut her bangs. Waste of $ 20. I will definitely go elsewhere when my 5 month old son needs his first haircut.
