DC Designers Tux Shop

I personally like the shop as they are fast and accurate with sizing. Very responsive to customers and willing to work with you. Been in business 30yrs. So they are doing something right. We have triplets and Weddings will be easy with this shop.

Good service, good fit.
Plenty of styles and a quick well managed process.
Will use again.

Wedding tuxes were great. Customer service — out of this world! Kim was super helpful and very willing to do anything we asked. She’d call me with updates and questions frequently and it was nice to know that we were a priority, even in the heart of prom season. Out-​of-​towners emailed their measurements and hardly no adjustments were needed. My dad’s tux had a spot on it when he tried it on and it was taken care of immediately.
I would recommend DC to anyone purely because of the personal feeling and unwavering service.

After visiting three other tuxedo shops and getting lackluster service, we found DC to be a breath of fresh air. The salesman at Jos A. Bank gave us a book and never came back. On our way out he simply smiled and said «Oh didn’t see anything you liked». With a smirk. Men’s warehouse ASSUMED we intended on just looking. We (my wife and I) are a couple who like to see lots of choices. This is where DC is different. As a family owned retailer we could tell that our sales lady took special care in seeing us satisfied. My wife was very particular about the sizing and our sales lady came up with many solutions and ways to make things work. My ring bearer and best man (brother and sons) didn’t come into town until the night before the wedding. On the wedding morning she helped us get it together as well as adjust a 6 and 3 yr old. Not easy. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT use this tux shop! We did not get our tuxes until 2 hours before our wedding pictures started after arguing/​begging for 2 days with DC Tux.
Our wedding was Friday 6÷1÷12. We were first told that we would have the tuxes no later than Wednesday. That didn’t happen but the shop promised they would arrive first thing Thursday. My husband & dad got their tuxes after a 2-​HOUR WAIT at the shop, but the rest of our groomsmen were kept waiting all day. At one point the manager told my mother-​in-​law that my husband was *LYING* about when he was told the tuxes would arrive ~ and then the tuxes never arrived on Thursday. DC Tux also used excuses like it was the first weekend after a holdiay (1 week after Memorial Day), so they «couldn’t be responsible» for the delay. At one point the shop manager said to my husband, «It’s not our fault you’re getting married on a Friday.» If you make a commitment to a customer, you should honor it — & don’t make a promise you can’t keep. The groomsmen had to meet the delivery truck ON OUR WEDDING DAY to pick up their tuxes from the truck driver, with 2 hours to spare until pictures, so no one got fitted profesionally. Overall it was a *HORRIBLE* experience.
DO NOT USE this place for your wedding or any other special occasion — unless you want to spend all of it at the tux shop!
