Fresh & Clean Duct & Carpet Cleaning

I bought a Living Social thinking how great it would be to clean the vents in my new house. First off, it was just weird trying to call and schedule an appt. The first time I called there was a robot asking for a passcode. Called back a few minutes later and got a live human who said he could come in the morning the next Saturday. Ok, sounds good, right? NO. The guy was a no show. I tried calling the number on the Living Social coupon but a recording came on saying the number had been changed and the new number wasn’t listed. I tried calling another number I found on their website. Again, it didn’t work. What a piece of Hillary Clinton excrement of a company! Vote Bernie Sanders! I have learned to research any company that Living Social promotes.

Oh how I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased my Living Social «deal.» While I did not experience the same problems with scheduling, Frank showed up at the appointed time and had called the 30 minutes prior, I WAS informed when he got here that my system had more returns than were covered by the offer I had purchased. When it was all said and done, I ended up having to pay another $ 311 on top of the $ 88 I had spent on Living Social. For those who ended up cancelling and getting your money back through Living Social, consider yourself lucky – I have a feeling you would have been paying more too. Bottom line, while I take some responsibility for not knowing my «system» better, I would have never paid $ 400 to have my vents cleaned. (As a side note: I live in a 1,000 square foot 2 bdrm ranch – not some huge house, which is why I am particularly surprised at the additional cost)

This this is a scam and terrible company. They nailed my return vent in instead of screwing it in ! While nailing it in the tech missed nail and damaged my vest ant dented the ceiling and left without showing all the damage he did. Charges were $ 439.00 More than the living social coupon that I purchased. I have been disputing this through my mastercard and the fresh and clean sent a picture of work order and mastercard decided they were they would give fresh & clean their money back unless I disputed this again! I than had to hire another company to tell them the job was not done. I did that and sent what I thought mastercard wanted and got an email etc. after spending hour upon hour I’I now have to spend more time to send MasterCard more information. Other than having had to buy my own vent and paying for it I’m stuck w a $ 439.00 bill and a dent in my ceiling, finger prints all over that area and paying someone else from vent company to say they did a really bad job! Do not use this company and go to Unilocal reviews to c all the bad reviews they have gotten!

I guess I should have looked here before buying a living social coupon.
The company had to reschedule on me once. Then they had two follow up appointments that were no shows. Finally get someone here and they did not follow the coupon and did not do any of the return line.

Fresh & Clean Wisconsin — beware and read this!!!
I live in Wisconsin, and bought a living social voucher for this company. I wouldn’t have read these reviews but I would have been thrown off by the fact its listed under another state. I think this is a national company that (supposedly) contracts out to individuals in multiple states. DO NOT BUY THE LIVING SOCIAL VOUCHER !!! The other reviews are accurate! I had an appointment cancelled, an appointment no showed, and multiple attempts to get an appointment scheduled to no avail. The scheduler wouldn’t reply or would not accommodate a day (i.e. I offered her three whole weekday options one week, on two occasions, a week out, etcc) to make this appointment happen.
Like another review, I got my living social refunded. Thankfully, in addition to phone calls, I had multiple emails with the scheduler so had a written log of my efforts to get an appointment.
I can not say enough about how upset with this company I am or how unbelievably awful this experience was. I am actually skeptical that there is any service provided; I also believe this company is a scam and Living Social needs to realize this and get rid of them!

OMG buyer beware! This company has «jacked» me around so much since I set up appointment. Kept cancelling my scheduled appointment, then left me voice mail day before scheduled appointment that they are changing again, and I should go online to select new date! Whattt, I finally called living social and asked to be refunded my money as I don’t want anything more to do with this company, never mind having them in my home.
I can’t even start to explain how unprofessional they are! Is there a star rating below 1???

I am taking the time to write this because I believe this is a sham company. I made an appointment and sat around waiting for them for a whole day and no one ever showed up. Their call center was bizarre and seemed not to even be a real phone center. I waited an entire day, was told about a dozen times that there «was a delay» and that there was no way for the call center to contact the service provider. Beware. The thing is, it has been a week and no one has EVER called me back? The phone line is even dead. Just warning to people. Sham city.

This place has THE absolute worst customer service on the face of this earth!!! The owner is extremely rude and will NOT work with you when they are at fault. My appointment was scheduled b/​t 5−6pm and I was told they would call me 30 minutes before they arrived. No one had called by 6, so I called them and the girl who answered the phone (who was also pretty unfriendly) said she would call the techs and find out their status. She called me back to tell me they still had another 30 minutes at the house they were currently at, and at this point it was 7pm. She didn’t tell me where they were coming from or how long their commute would be and I asked for the manager to call me tomorrow when he was in b/​c I was very unhappy with the lack of customer service and respect I was getting. I had moved all my furniture on my own and had rearranged my entire week around this appointment and these jerks were now 2 hours late with no phone call. At 7:54 I get a phone call from this Joey guy (the owner) who was VERY rude and acted like this was acceptable behavior from his employees, and himself. 2 hours late and when I asked what he was going to do to make things right, his answer was «nothing». Really??? From there things escalated and HE was trying to tell ME what I was going to do and at this point I was done. I was told he was going to call his techs to tell them they were not going to come out to clean my place and I said that was fine — I’ll just get my $ back and let everyone know the crappy customer service they «provide» to their customers. Obviously money is more important to them than treating their customers with respect and friendliness. 15 minutes later the tech calls me to ask me if I still wanted them to come out or if I wanted to reschedule. I told them their dick of a boss already told me he was calling them to cancel coming to my place, which he obviously hadn’t, so I thought it was funny they were calling me. I told them it was the s*$~!tiest customer service so no, I didn’t want them to come out and the employees response was «did you ever think that you were the shittiest person in the world?» Are you kidding me? This coming from an employee at a place of business that is supposed to be providing customer service! Not sure how this company is even in business. My advice is to steer clear and far away from these jerks. They’re only in it for the money and are not friendly — they are rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Also, I think they rip people off. The «value» of the living social deal was $ 466 for 750sq ft of carpet cleaning for only $ 59. What carpet cleaning business out there charges that much, and this was for basic cleaning??? Take you time and money anywhere but here. Trust me… they are NOT worth either!
