Indy’s best cupcake shop is now servicing those in the Westfield, Carmel areas. Baked fresh daily come pay us a visit and see why we are so popular. Westfield’s shop also has a full service coffee bar and «The Monon Social Room» the perfect place for your next birthday, shower or meeting get together. The room has a wireless flat screen television and even a dry erase wall for notes and just fun scribbling.

We bakes the best gourmet cupcakes fresh every day, offering 15 different varieties of homemade cupcakes daily including our famous Wedding Cake, Scarlett’s Red Velvet, Midnight Magic Chococate Chip and Triple Chocolate Torte. Our adorable mini cupcakes, baked fresh daily in a variety of flavors and served in 4-​packs and by the dozen, make the perfect treat for any occasion. Gigi’s Cheesecakes are another fan favorite, available in Classic, Chococolate Chocolate Chip and Turtles every day. Gigi’s creates fabulous custom desserts for events of any kind. Our bakers and decorators create spectacular wedding cakes for weddings of all sizes. We can also make a wedding reception unforgettable with one of our mememorable dessert bars. And, when it comes to birthday cakes, if you can dream it. Other fan favorites from our gourmet cupcake collection include Candy Bar Crunch, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Salted Caramel, Kentucky Bourbon Pie, Lemon Dream Supreme, Miss Princess and White Midnight Magic. Gigi’s also bakes our fabulous stuffed cookies every day.

History

Established in 2010.

Our first shop opened in Indy in 2010 followed by a second shop in 2011. On May 31 of this year we opened shop number three. Gigi’s also has two cupcake trucks roaming the streets of Indianapolis and central Indiana. Look for Pinky and Scarlett driving somewhere close to you.

I mean, they’re cupcakes, so they automatically get three stars for existing. I always feel dumb for giving any dessert place anything less than four stars, but my cupcake was disappointing, so three stars it is.
I got a Hot Fudge Sundae cupcake, which was a chocolate cupcake filled with chocolate ganache, topped with vanilla buttercream frosting, walnuts and a cherry. Sounds amazing, right? Not really. The cupcake was dry and the frosting was too sweet and cloying. I bought it toward the end of the day, so maybe that’s why it was dry. There also weren’t very many cupcakes to choose from.
Edited to add: I just learned that all of their cupcakes are gluten-​free. So that explains the texture and dryness. Well, if all of their cupcakes are gluten-​free, now I know not to get cupcakes here anymore. Cupcakes need gluten! Why don’t they offer some gluten options? That’s so puzzling to me.
The inside of the cupcake shop was very cute, though. Lots of seating.

Gigi’s makes you feel happy when you step inside. It’s bright, open, and friendly. They have a big selection of cupcakes and some cheesecakes. I love that in addition to sodas and coffee, you can get milk — the only beverage that you need with cupcakes! The cupcakes themselves are medium size with enough frosting for three cupcakes. Mine was ok, but had a weird crumbly texture and was dry. I wonder if this is because all of them are gluten-​free.

Friendly service and a warm atmosphere. Cupcakes had great flavor, but the texture was a little weird to me (all their cupcakes are gluten-​free and I suspect this had something to do with it). Coffee is made-​to-​order and is as fresh as can be.

What’s not to love about cupcakes! The staff is always helpful and happy to answer my endless questions about the cupcakes. It is always hard to pick which one I want to eat. Every cupcake I have had has been really good. So far my favorite has been the White Chocolate Raspberry Cupcake. It’s nice looking and tasty. It has just the right amount of sweetness with a nice raspberry flavor with a bit of preserves on top. I also really like the chocolate salted caramel.

First of all the cupcakes are amazing and super cute. Secondly I messed up when ordering for a party and Gigis fixed all 4 dozen cupcakes for me the day of my event! They truly saved my life and party! We were doing a gender reveal cupcake party so the cupcakes were the star… I love you Gigis and the employees were so understanding and very accommodating for my misunderstanding. I highly recommend them for any of your cupcake needs… And who doesn’t need a cupcake?!

You can’t go wrong getting cupcakes at GiGi’s! The worst part is picking which one you want to eat. They always looks so yummy and it’s so hard deciding! This stop I got the Double Stuff and it was amazing! I loved that it wasn’t too sweet, but rich at the same time. It had a cream center and a tiny Oreo which was so cute on top! They have an email club that has perks as well!

Yeah — this is one of those incredible treats that’s practically in our back yard. I was never into cupcakes until I tried these. The icing is very creamy, and the overall freshness of the cake is something that has to be experienced. They also have a nice area inside for private parties or small events. I can highly recommend Gigi’s — definitely have to try these cupcakes.

Cupcakes are delicious! Got a variety of flavors for my moms birthday and all are great. Lots of icing! The customer service was great they were patient and friendly and I was able to ask questions.

Although I missed their grand opening, I was able to make it to their bridal open house today. I tried the mini cupcakes of wedding cake, midnight magic (chocolate), and strawberry shortcake. They also were allowing sampling of the pumpkin cupcake and red velvet cupcake. I was quite surprised that I liked their fresh strawberry cupcake. The chocolate cupcake was good too. I did not care for the rich butter cream frostings but there is a choice of cream cheese frosting on your order. Their cupcakes were a little moist.
I learned what they had to offer for weddings (and special events). Also, they had other vendors such as a DJ, etc. to promote their wedding services.
I liked their «private» room.

I was working for an advertisement company in the mall parking lot. Nature called and Gigi’s happened to be the closest chance for relief. As a thank you for letting me use the facility, I decided to buy a cupcake. It came it a really nice box, almost looked gift wrapped. I waited until later to eat the cupcake which turned out to be a HUGE mistake. That was the best cupcake I’ve EVER eaten! They ruined any cupcake I’ll eat for the rest of my life. Sorry mom :) I can only imagine how great they other cupcakes will be because I’ll be back!

Gigi’s Westfield was only recently opened-​and so far, so good. I’ve been hesitant to even want to embrace a new cupcake place since Holy Cow closed but it’s hard to resist when it’s right around the corner from my house!
The Atmosphere is sweet and bubbly-​there is a room for birthday parties which would be perfect for a princess party.
The employees immediately greeted me with smiles and were patient with me while I picked out flavors for the family. She gave me suggestions and explained the flavors for anything I asked.
For myself, I chose the cookie dough flavor. It was AMAZING! The frosting tasted just like the yummy cookie dough I love. The cupcake was a nice cross between a cupcake and a cookie, and there was even a little cookie on top.
I highly recommend Gigi’s Westfield. They are active in the community and make delicious cupcakes.
