This is my favorite Barre class I have ever taken and I have taken and I have taken a bunch! So much fun, great music, high energy! I had all my bridesmaids take a class with Carolyn for my bachelorette party and everyone had a blast, even people who had never taken a barre class had fun because Carolyn took the time to make sure they were understanding how to do all the moves right. I wish I lived closer so I could take this class everyday!

This is such a cute studio! I love the barre class and the instructors are the best! So knowledgeable and want to help you reach your goals! They also have the cutest workout clothes and great swimsuits! I love go figure!

I can’t say enough great things about this studio. Carolyn the owner is friendly and within a few classes the instructors know your name. I am in Carmel two months a year and in tandem with all the walking, attending three times a week has become part of my Carmel routine. Each instructor and class is varied, while achieving the same muscle work. I have never been bored. It’s hard work which feels great and by the end of class you feel like you have achieved something. I will miss the studio when I leave at the end of August. I also am hitting the golf ball a lot further, which was a surprising perk!

I took my first class with Sarah 3 weeks ago and am totally hooked. i recently moved from Florida where I have been taking barre classes for 2 years. Sarah’s class was sooo challenging and I left feeling ten feet tall. It was a full conditioning class and I found myself doing new moves more including classical ballet which I love and each class was new, different and more challenging than the last. It is now part of my weekly routine. Well done and thank you Sarah !

IGo Figure is the best workout with the best community or teachers and students that I have found. The workouts are challenging and yet customizable for all levels. My body has changed dramatically for the better with long lean muscles and fat burning to boot. The studio and equipment are clean, the music exhilarating, the attitude positive and fresh. Whether a local or a visitor to Carmel, Go Figure is the place to exercise. OH… and she carries the most adorable workout wear available! Buy some new leggings and get your barre groove ON!

This is not only the most effective workout, but also the most fun! The class addresses every muscle, encouraging you to push your boundaries to their limits, which results in a totally satisfying post-​workout feeling. The instructors also remind you to smile, which is both fun and good for your spirit!
The mood at this studio is amazingly restorative. I always stop by when I’m in town to refresh and renew a healthy, happy mindset.

I took three barre classes at Go Figure last week with two different teachers. Each class was consistent, energetic and really fun! I love the vibe in the studio and the teachers were very knowledgable regarding proper form and positioning to get the most intense workout and target the problem areas. I just recently had a hip replacement and I felt safe and inspired to be back doing seat work again! As a prior dancer I love the way this workout makes your body feel and look. Best workout I could ever recommend!

I came this morning with my daughter while visiting from Southern CA aka home to a ton of barre studios and classes. Heck, I even used to teach barre.
The studio is very clean and well-​organized. One of the reasons that I like barre workouts is that any level can get a great, full body workout. All ages, male and female and all levels. I would be considered very fit but I was alongside women who weren’t as fit and we were all wincing at the good pain! The class flew by, the music was good and the instructor (Carolyn (?)) was super cool and smiling. The important thing to note is that it doesn’t matter which workout you choose, choose something and do it! Move your body!!!
