Meet the Business Owner

James C.

Business Owner

Dr. J.B. Carr is a long-​time resident of the north side of Indianapolis. He graduated from Broad Ripple High School, and earned his B.A. degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, father and older brother, he received his doctoral degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976. Dr. Carr began his private practice of family dentistry in Carmel the same year.

Dr. Carr also served as a part-​time clinical assistant professor in the Department of Fixed and Removable Partial Prosthodontics at the Indiana University School of Dentistry after his graduation. He served as a faculty advisor during his time as a faculty member and continues his commitment to dental education as a volunteer clinical assistant professor at the dental school.

Dr. Carr is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Indianapolis District Dental Society, and is a Past President of the Carmel Dental Soc
