I love Ashley. The entire staff is awesome. They make you feel special from the the time you walk in. They offer a variety of services. Would recommend to anyone.

I love this salon!!! they are the best in town period! When I call in to book appointments they get me in right away or you can prebook your appointment as well. I have had my hair cut, styled, colored. I also get nail service done by Crissy. I wanted my hair curled with a round brush, and got lots of compliments on the style. My hair looks healthy again, they don’t put me under a dryer to process the color, which in turn makes the hair healthy! La Dolce Salon has products for sale as well for your hair to keep it looking great. I love also they get you drinks while your getting your hair done or other services.

I’ve gone to this salon 4 times total. This last time was my LAST time!
I called and asked if I could just walk-​in. They told me to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled one for the same day! I thought «oh nice I am going to get a pro-​stylist». I arrived and was greeded by a stylist. She escorted me to her station and I showed to her a picture on my phone, a picture of a hairstyle I wanted. I asked her «Can you do such hair style»? — She said «Yes, yes, no problem it’s going to be GREAT!» I was like «ok, phew I hope she knows what she’s talking about…
Few minutes later alarm went in my head when she spread my hair unevenly. Then I saw the way she was cutting my hair and I knew it was going to be a disaster but I didn’t know what else to do. I let her cut my hair and then she began blow drying it. And she began blowdrying it inward when the style is supposed to be volumized… there was ZERO volume and I looked like I stepped from those 1930’s movies. I just wanted to get it over with. I paid and gave her a tip of 20% as they suggested at register. Total was $ 60
I came home and I almost cried… my bangs were cut like a jigsaw puzzle and I had long ends of hair sticking out of my hair line around my head and my hair on one side were longer than on another side. One side actually had a huge cut that my ear was visible… I am very tolerant person but this drew the line. I called the next morning and told them my hairstyle is a «disaster» they told me to come in at the same day at certain time. I arrived and was presented with a new hairstylist. The odd thing that on the phone they asked me if I wanted THE SAME hairstylist the one who ruined my hair??? Seriously??? I just told you on the phone that my hair cut is a disaster it can be seen by anyone (my 12-​year-​old was laughing at me) that’s how bad it was! And they had enough nerve to suggest me the same hairstylist! I told them «I need someone PROFESSIONAL». So that other hair stylist cut even more of my hair by saying she was «blending» and I ended up having men’s haircut from 1930’s it was even worse than before. Neither of them paid attention to the picture I showed (2^nd time I printed it 8×11 and brought it with me) I was told that my hair was cut too short and the 2^nd hair stylist could not give me that exact haircut like I wanted. She tried to volumize it and used some products and it looked ok somewhat but totally opposite from my original haircut what I’d requested in the first place. For her trouble I gave her a $ 10 tip the salon did not charge me the 2^nd time but they should’ve refunded me my money because you should’ve seen the look on their faces when I walked in…
I am supposed to go on vacation in a week and was going to take videos and photos and my hair is total disaster now! They ruined my summer vacation by having INEXPERIENCED hairstylists. At least say something like «No, ma’am I can’t perform such hair style let’s get you to someone with more experience» — but instead she ASSURED me that it will be «great» making me believe that I am in good hands! — instead she created a disaster on my head. If I could submit photographs with this review, I would! You’d be able to see what a horrible haircut I received. NEVER AGAIN! They employ cheap or out of school hairstylists and pretend to be «the boutique» salon… I would’ve paid more if I got what I wanted! Instead I am upset and depressed! Do NOT go there for your haircut (if you are a woman)!

I had the best experience with Keri the nail tech. I recommend her all the way. My toes never looked better. Thank you!!! I’ll be back in two weeks.

I went to Crissy for my shellac mani (and one pedi) for almost a year. She is generally very painstaking and also has a talent for mixing colors to get exactly what you want. But on every appointment I had to wait several minutes past my appointment time. My last time there (which will be my last ever), I waited nearly 20 minutes past my appointment time (standing against a wall because another client had three friends waiting for her and taking up all the seats), and on top of that, I never got an apology for the delay. Even worse, she did a very uncharacteristically sloppy job, possibly because the receptionist told her I had been waiting and was unhappy about it. I do not like having my time wasted. If you want a good shellac mani but don’t care much about the service aspect of your visit, then this is a good place to go.

I decided to spend $ 750 on hair extensions with Roe… she was very sweet and great at up selling me for a 3^rd pack. They looked great. I was told they would last 3 months. Truth be told, I should have taken them out after one, but after spending that much money I could not bring myself to that soon. When I finally decided to have them removed, I wanted to run out in tears. I could hear the hair being pulled out of my head. I looked on the floor and there were «tumbleweeds» of my hair. It was almost as she teased the hair off my head. When she was done, she saw the look on my face as I looked in the mirror and was appalled by how thin my hair was. She asked me «do you notice how much length you’ve gotten??» I said no, I’m noticing that half of my actual hair is on the floor. Never again.

I have been coming to this salon for the past couple of years. My dear friend Ashley has been doing my hair from an ombré back in the day before it was all the rage, to transformative pixies, and now working to slowly lighten my dark brown hair. The staff is wonderful, always willing to work out an kinks in my schedule. Grateful and easy to work with. Ashley Paddock is my girl for hair. Chrissy is amazing with nails. Neither will lead you astray — and you have to appreciate that for what it’s worth. Sometimes I don’t know what’s best for me — and I appreciate the input and suggestions. They listen and are up on the latest trends — the space is open and cozy at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend La Dolce Salon & Spa.

I just got my Xtreme lashes done by Donni and I love them, they look so natual, you cannot tell I am waring lashes, also they are the most healthy way to extend your lashes. Donni also is master with hair extentions.

Tried this place on a whim. Got a great cut and eyebrow wax. Kristina did a beautiful job blending my long, thick hair. Kara gave me extra special care that prevented me from breaking out post-​wax.
The salon itself felt a little beat up… considering that they are charging Chicago prices. But for a nice modern cut and good care, I will definitely keep this place as my salon of choice.

I get my hair done by Rocelia Anderson she is a sweet heart and very nice. She always does a great job.

I was looking for a place to get a couples massage for my boyfriend and I when he visited for a weekend. I found this place on Unilocal with high reviews and it turned out to be a reasonable price for a couples swedish massage.
When we first got their they were very friendly and the salon area seemed very nice. but they brought us to a back area where the spa area was located. This area was fine, nothing special.
For the price, the massages were good but it wasn’t even comparable to a $ 125 swedish massage I had previously. The strange part was a difference between my boyfriend’s massage and mine. For mine they used hot towels occasionally, which were quite itchy, and my boyfriend did not have any hot towels. There were also a few other small differences but that is mostly likely just the differences in the masseuses’ techniques.
The biggest negative was the amount of noise from outside the room. Because the massage room was located next to the pedicure and manicure area you could hear all the conversations from the ladies having their nails done. Personally one of the best parts of getting a massage is the quiet so you can fully relax, but all the chatter made it very difficult.
All in all if I were to get a massage again in Indianapolis/​Carmel I would look for somewhere that specializes in massages or is more of a spa, not a salon also. But the salon area seemed nice so I would consider going their to get my hair done!

I found this place online and decided to try it out. I always worry that a salon/​spa might be a bit loud when getting a facial/​massage, but this place was perfect. The salon and spa are well separated and the spa side is super-​relaxing. I had an amazing dermaplane facial and my husband had a hot stone massage. Both of us enjoyed our services and highly recommend La Dolce!

I get a massage from Michele on a monthly basis because she is so wonderful! I’ve been to other expensive spas in the area and Michele is absolutely the best in her field. She has a soothing and nurturing technique that is very hard to find. I never feel rushed or unimportant. The facility is also very relaxing. The spa is separate from the salon so it’s quiet and calming. Go see Michele Park and treat yourself to a fabulous massage!

Fantastic! I called in with a hair emergency. I had tried to dye my hair myself and it turned out horribly. I had a big meeting that day and these guys fixed me up! Holly colored my hair on short notice and did a fantastic job! I’ll never go anywhere else to get my hair colored. She was very helpful and always aware of my needs and making sure I was comfortable. They offer a lot of great services other than just cuts and color. I’ll be going back to be getting my nails done and my brows waxed very soon. I even plan on getting a gift card for my mother to get express eyelash extensions. Five stars!

My wife and I had an appointment for a couples massage for our anniversary and the therapist did not show up. I had taken the day off work and was looking forward to a nice relaxing massage. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment and sat for 15 minutes before someone told us the therapist was on the way. I agreed to wait 10 more minutes. About the time we were getting ready to leave someone told us the therapist was not coming in and offered to reschedule us at a discounted rate. I was not impressed. While sitting there I noticed the grout for the tile floor was nasty and the whole place seemed to have some shotty construction. For example, the light switch cover had a quarter inch gap to the drywall. I recommend finding a professional spa that has enough staff to cover appointments.

In the same spot that Perfect Ten used to occupy, La Dolce Salon and Spa is clean, comfortable … and a little sterile. The staff were polite, I’m happy with my shellac pedicure, but I wasn’t blown away by warmth or comfort. Maybe if I was a regular, they’d be more friendly? But I wasn’t impressed enough to feel like I want to become a regular here.

I first found la Dolce Salon and Spa at a bridal show when planning for my recent wedding, and after my first appointment it was love at first… pedi. ;) While I didn’t use them for wedding services, I have continued going there for manis and pedis, and have consistently been impressed! Their work is impeccable, they a grreat product-​line, and their prices are reasonable enough for a frugalista like me.
Crissy is a super talented nail technician! She is about as meticulous as they come.
My favorite service is the express pedicure which currently runs $ 30 — which, to me, is a bargain considering I would pay that at any fast-​paced fume-​filled in & out type of nail salon. And at la Dolce the atmosphere is much more calming. Their huge massage chairs are appointed with leopard print pillows and copies of In-​Style magazines are within arms reach. Their color selection is extensive, and they always have the latest OPI lines available.
If a delicious pedicure isn’t self-​indulging enough, head on over to Flying Cupcake just a few stores down after your service, and you’ll really be in heaven.
I’m glad I bumped into the la Dolce gals at a bridal show, because I likely wouldn’t have thought to pop into this salon on a drive-​by. The storefront of la Dolce could use a little update. But trust me, that will be far from your mind while you’re soaking your tootsies in the tub inside!

5 stars for the Hydrafacial by Laura. She has the best rates in town and since she’s an RN I trust her with my skin! I drive 40 minutes one way just to see her!
Great laser hair removal and other laser treatments by the very well trained and highly experienced staff. The spa carries skinsceutical products while the hydrafacial uses Epionce (which is what I prefer.)
I have never had any hair or nail services here but it looks like a good place if you live close by (which I do not.)
You definitely get what you pay for here, it is pricey but high quality.

I attended a free event at this spa, and walked out with pretty nails and an appointment for a massage set two days after. Well, today was that day, so I saddled up and drove all the way to Carmel, where Aura was waiting for me. I had requested a deep tissue massage, because I stand all day for work, and when I’m stressed, I’m super tense. She began with strokes that were just this side of painful, and right before I’d tense up, she’d switch and make it a soothing motion that my body ate up. I didn’t even realize something was hurting until it wasn’t. Afterwards, I didn’t feel less tense exactly, but I felt good. I had 10% off because of when I signed up, which was good, but the price will probably keep me from making this a regular thing, which is bad. If I was rolling in it, I’d go back tomorrow.

I saw Beth for a Shellac manicure. She was awesome and did a great job on my nails. I’ve had this service performed at a different local salon with less than great results, so I had high expectations going in. Beth was very friendly and warm, while providing exceptionally professional service. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for me and my daughter. Also, priced very competitively for the service (less than any other salon around — I called 12 different salons in Carmel and Indy).
