Terrible customer service. On Sunday, Feb 22, 2015, I had the misfortune of being served by Employee 2057.
I was the only customer, but that was too much for her because she had to stop yakking on her phone. She greeted me by rolling her eyes.
I went up to the aisle and started looking around. This employee started «organizing» the boxes on the top shelf next to me. She’d take down a few boxes, look through it, then place it back up. A couple of times the boxes fell close to me almost hitting me. I told her to be careful, but she just glared at me and continued her «work».
When it was time for me to check out, I waited 15 mins because she was again yakking on her phone. I gave her my 15% off coupon but she said she didn’t know how to handle coupons. I told her to call her manager but she said that her manager was at home recovering from a drunken orgy. TMI. I told her to contact the manager at another location, but I guess she figured out that I wasn’t ready to pay retail because she aggressively opened the cash register and accepted my payment plus coupon and threw down my receipt. I asked her her name which she refused to give.
Thus employee is a twenty-​something Caucasian woman, about 5’8″, plus size figure, wears glasses and has hirsuitism.
I hope someone in authority will investigate this matter.
I will not be back at this location, ever.
