Would have given 5 stars if I didn’t get charged carpet move out fees. I left apartment in mint condition, couldn’t find any other reason to charge me, so slapped on $ 100 carpet cleaning and pet deodorizing fees. I lived there for 18 months, I have grown up dogs, so no potty stains just a regular wear and tear. Standard stuff you’d expect after living for 18 months. When I asked manager whether every person that owns dogs get those fees, she never bother to respond. Otherwise this place is great, but if you have pets be ready to pay fees, that nobody will explain what that is.
