Pure Concepts

I’ve been coming to Pure Concept salon for the past year, and I really can’t say enough good things about it. The salon is really modern and stylish, yet very welcoming. The staff is super friendly and professional.
I’ve been getting my hair cut and highlighted by Erin. She’s always very thorough and makes sure that we are on the same page with my color choices. She’s very sweet but not pushy.
The star of this salon is the shampooing. I’m a sucker for a good scalp massage, and you get a 20 minute scalp, neck, and hand massage while reclined with hot towels around your face– heavenly. I’d come just for that.
The prices are very reasonable, comparable to any other nice salon you would go to.
I’d recommend this salon and Erin to anyone!

Five stars for Pure Concepts in the Carmel City Center. It is a calm and relaxing salon with pleasant staff who provide very attentive service. Phillip has styled my hair for almost two years– every cut looks great. Prices are very reasonable in light of the high level of service provided. In my opinion, this is the premier Aveda salon in Carmel. Highly recommended!
