WORST experience. I made an appointment with her couple days ago, I also confirmed with her by sending her a text message. BUT, when I got there after 40minutes driving, she told me she was sick. She didn’t call me to cancel the appointment!!! Also, the most ridiculous part was, she was sleeping on the bed when I got there, I said at least 10 times of Excuse me and she ignored me and behaved extremely rude!!! And it took me another 40 minutes to drive back! Whole 80 minutes driving for doing nothing!!!

I just now decided to make a Unilocal account MAINLY to write about my experience at this place. I’m currently in nursing school and had so really bad breakouts last fall that eventually developed into real bad acne scars. I found a groupon one day about microdermabrasion, did a lot of research and decided to try it out. At this point i’ve used every mask, home remedy, cream, lightener, anything to get rid of them. My first visit with Sherri was great, she met me at the lobby, looked at my bare face and told me her plan of action to rid my acne scars. It was relaxing, she made small talk… and i left with my face feeling really soft, clean, and i had hope that things would turn out okay. Being in college full time and working full time in order to support myself, i told her i was limited in funds (i had no idea when purchasing my groupon that these needed to be 2 week treatments, on top of each treatment needed to be a little more money out of my pocket) but she was willing to work with me on price and brought it down to an affordable price that was manageable for me. After i left my first appointment, she made sure i was aware of where her office was for when i had my next appointment, i could just come straight on back.
My next appointment was on may 5^th, i left work for this appointment (i work in fishers so it was about a 30 minute drive to her office), my apointment was at 10 am and i had arrived at around 9:50 and waited by her office as i was told. 10 oclock passed and i waited another 5 minutes before i called her and left her a voicemail to ask if she had forgotten about me. She called back and apologized and explained how she was having car issues and that she would make it up for me with a free facial when i rescheduled. I rescheduled my next appt that thursday (two days later because it was crucial my appts stay 2 weeks apart) and made the appt for noon. Again, i arrived at her office at 11:45 that thursday and waited by her office, lights were off so it looked like she hadn’t been there all day, which was really weird to me that she would have nothing going on before noon. Was starting to feel hesistant because it was 11:57 and she still wasn’t there. Finally right at noon i see her coming in from the opposite way, and what i experienced then is the reason why i give her 1 star and will NEVER show my face at this office again. I saw her walking in at NOON looking like she just got out of bed, and not only that… she looked like a hot mess! Like she could have been out all night partying. Her hair was pulled back but still stuck out in all directions, she had no makeup on and didnt even have her work clothes on. The way she walked down the hall, she had just a blank nasty stare on her face, almost terrifying. She clutched onto the bag she was holding for dear life across her chest. And the way she walked… she wasn’t picking up her feet… almost stumbling on them. It was an awful sight to watch honestly, and on top of that… finally came up to her office door where i was standing and REEKED of cigarette smoke. So for someone whose job is to take care of skin… you could tell from her skin, voice, and odor that she was a chain smoker. She asked if i was her first appt and i said «i guess» and she asked me to meet her in the lobby. My guess was so that she could fix herself up. I walked towards the lobby, went down the stairs, thru those exit doors and hopped into my car. IN NO WAY WAS I GOING TO HAVE HER WORK ON MY FACE AND CONTINUE TREATMENTS WITH HER WITH THAT IMPRESSION I GOT OF HER. IT WAS INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DONT CARE IF YOUR FIRST APPT IS AT 7 OR 8… ALWAYS BE THERE AHEAD OF TIME TO GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS, DONT MAKE THEM WAIT!!! I WAS THERE A LITTLE BEFORE 12 AND STILL HAD TO WAIT ON HER!!!
First experience, great. Second, she never called me to tell me she wasn’t going to make it. I wasted my time, my gas, left work, drove 30 minutes out of my way to meet with her. She could’ve saved me that trouble and i would’ve understood. Third experience, i’ve told my friends, family & coworkers about my experience here because it still baffles me how this all played out. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!

I am in my mid 50’s. Through the years I have been to several estheticians with minimal results. Not with Sherri. She is very knowledgeable and always continues her education to keep up on the latest holistic, organic, medical and natural skin care products and procedures. My skin looks better than it has in more than a decade.
She takes her time and specializes her packages to meet the needs of the individual.
She has even given me tips on things I can do at home to keep my skin looking great in between visits. She is the BEST there is out there.

Today I had the pleasure of having an anti aging facial with Sherri Clark. What a treat! I was welcomed with a tall, cool glass of lemon cucumber water, and invited to relax on a heated and very comfortable table. I was covered up and made to feel so comfortable with a bolster under my knees. After examining my skin, Sherri took her time cleansing, and then applying anti aging serums, treatments and moisturizes to my holiday stressed skin. Alternately applying hot towels, cool towels, and a light steam treatment… plus all the rich antioxidant creams, my skin felt clean, perfectly hydrated and softer than it has felt in years. But it wasn’t over yet, then I was treated to a neck and shoulder massage with lovely warm oil. But wait, next came an indulgent foot massage… It was hard to leave her tranquil office to get back to reality, but armed with a treatment plan and another wonderful glass of lemon and cucumber water… I headed out a happy woman. I cannot wait to go back… Thank you, Sherri!
