Spring Hill Suites by Marriott

Clean room. EXCELLENT front desk. Ann Marie and Zack were great! Had excellent help and recommendations. Breakfast was clean and had a wide choice to choose from. Staff was on it from the front desk to the cleanliness. Will return.

That old phrase, «you can put lipstick on a pig but it’s still a pig» represents the Spring Hill suites to a T.
Recently renovated, the whole place is visually appealing.
The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous (a big plus).
Thankfully, I treated my time spent in the room like I would if I were in Vegas. Just a place to leave my stuff and sleep.
3 issues (from least to most irritating)
1. Yellow water stains in the shower
2. Worked in stains on the sheets/​pillow cases
3. The caked on dust on the fan blades.
I’ll focus on #3. The entire room is new and improved but the ceiling fan is still many years old (and probably wasn’t dusted since installation). Feeling grossed out, I knocked the piles of dust off into a neat pile on the floor, fully expecting the cleaning crew to vacuum our room (and vacuum it up).
When we returned… the pile of dust remained which led me to believe our room wasn’t really cleaned. Major downer.
3 stars for new appearance and friendly staff.
You get what you pay for; so, don’t let appearances deceive you.
