This Walgreens has to be the most updated one I’ve ever seen.

Your neighborhood drug store should be helpful not sarcastic and cynical…
When checking out a guest I deem the following to be the bare minimum in customer service: Eye contact, greeting, proceed with ring out, process payment, offer of additional services, «thank you hope to see you again.»
Instead we had to ask for a bag to put a handful of things in that we couldn’t have possibly even juggled out the door to get to the car. When we requested a bag we got an eye roll. Then the bag was place on the counter and we bagged our self. Sadly, this isn’t a one time experience nor is it a one employee thing.
It makes me sad that a walgreens I held in high regard only a few years ago has let the great customer service they once had slide to the abysmal worse than mediocre.
Please improve… I miss you Walgreens
