I only give this Wendy’s 1 star because the food is decent(although this visit the fries were cold). The staff deserve 0 stars. The young man who rang up our order failed to give the correct change(gave us the coins, but not the paper change). Instead of correcting it, he continued to ring up people behind us in line, leaving us to wait at the counter(me plus an impatient 2 yr old). 2 other ladies behind the counter ignored my request for my change as well, until I finally had to get snippy. We stood there at least 5 – 6 min(which is likely why the fries were cold once we got to them). He also rang up the lady behind us incorrectly, and still ignored me while fixing her issue. It’s just after noon, the line is out the door, and the person wearing headphones(but doing nothing else productive) just told the only person at the register(who hadn’t corrected my change yet) to go get ice. Really? This place needs new management… Stat! There are plenty of other places around here to eat, and next time we will choose one of those places.

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Money spent on remodeling should’ve been spent on staff. I had enough time to download this app and write this post in the drive-thru and just one of two cars at the restaurant. It is my fault for returning as this is consistent.

My latest drive-thru visit was fine. Angels must have been watching out for me this time because, hallelujah, nothing was missing from my order, nor was my order incorrect. Wendy’s fries are pretty much always good. The burgers, though, are just mediocre at best. But you know what you’re getting here, and it works in a pinch, and it’s a heck of a lot better than Steak ‘n Shake down the road.

I can’t give this Wendy any stars. Service was non-existent and at times rude. After waiting 5 minutes to be waited on, I asked one of their workers if anyone was working the front. He said he would take my order and then walked away and never returned to take my order. When the order was finally taken by a very sweet young lady, I waited and waited for the food. Eventually I was told they were«making fresh meat» because the last was burned. How do you burn fast food? Never heard that one before. When I got the food, finally, it was awful. I also used the rest room while there and discovered they had no hot water to wash hands. I asked a worker who was coming in to use the restroom about the no hot water issue and looked at me like I was crazy and walked away. I saw 4 – 5 workers behind the counter, all doing nothing but standing around. Will never return to that particular Wendy’s. Especially since they have a hygiene issue.

Firstly, I’ll start by saying that the only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars is because the food is always so damn good. Otherwise, its an absolute one across the board. We’ve lived in Carmel for a little over two years and have gone in spurts of getting food there. We’ll have multiple bad experiences and say no more, then get a craving and go back only for the same thing to happen again. A few things that have happened repeatedly: –they are incredibly SLOW — the order is never correct –something is always missing –there’s always a wait on something — no straws or chili/frosty spoons in bag –staff is slightly rude when you address an error –they are always severly understaffed, which makes them generally irritable –upon going inside as opposed to driving through the drive thru a second time to correct an order, discussion about their staffing issues can often be heard, as well as people agruing over work I will say though, as if my previous visit didn’t seal the deal, the one from the other night did. Not only did I drive about 15 minutes across town to get there, I specifically went over altered specs of our order several times, waited about 10minutes because of fries and nuggets being on wait, I finally got my food and it was STILL wrong. I was so irritated about it, the fact of no straws or spoons(surprise, surprise) didn’t even phase me, I just wanted out of there. So extremely dissappointed. I’m done.
