HORRIBLE!!! The worst bookkeeping EVER! We received 3 day pay or quit several times, FOR PAYING OUR RENT EARLY! They «lost» our deposit. We moved in January, here it is December and we get another 3 day notice, they say we didn’t pay all of our deposit when we moved in… 11 months ago. Time to move, don’t trust them with your money!

Just spoke with a representative of a location my husband and I were interested in; all I can say is WOW! What a way to turn away business. Your company might want to look into better costumer service. Glad to dodge that bullet.

Do not rent from A-​1 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Company. I lived in my rental for over 4 yrs and they kept half my deposit saying it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. I moved out almost 2 weeks earlier then i had planned. A Pre inspection was scheduled. Instead it was considered a final inspection and I was not notified anything needed to be done; I was informed the place was clean and i would get my full deposit back. I’m currently fighting them for my remaining deposit.
I would never rent from this company again and i would not refer anyone to this company ever
This is the worst company to deal with and i would not recommend them to anyone.
