The Browning Reserve Group provides reserve studies for common interest developments, non-profit organizations and typical for-profit businesses. Any organization who maintains physical assets and can benefit from long range financial planning is a candidate for a reserve study.
History
Established in 1999.
The Browning Reserve Group, BRG, has been performing reserve studies since 1999. Reserve studies are all we do, full time year round. Our core purpose is to assist community associations, governmental agencies, park districts and various non-profit organizations, with their long range planning for capital expenditures. Meet the Business Owner
Robert B.
Business Owner
Robert has been providing reserve studies and association consulting services since 1988. He is the owner of the Browning Reserve Group, a reserve study preparation firm with offices in California, Nevada and Idaho. Please see our history of the Browning Reserve Group.
He holds the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition Robert has earned the Reserve Specialist Permit #5 in the state of Nevada.
Robert is a two time past President of the California North Chapter of CAI and currently serves on the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC) of CAI as a board liaison. In 2003 and 2004 he served as Chair of CLAC. He served on the national Board of Trustees of the Community Associations Institute in 2000 — 2006 and during 2007 — 2008 served as President of the Foundation for Community Association Research.
