History
Established in 2003.
Knowmor Inc. is the parent corporation of Flexibly Fit™, Kid’s Korner™, STRIVE™ and the National Functional™Bowen Training Institute. We are a multidisciplinary integrative therapy practice with it’s foundations rooted firmly in working to promote wellness, for all ages, though resolving muscle dysfunction and it’s often related restrictions and pain pathways. We support Wellness Promotion by focus on all components of health as it relates to body function. We believe that all humans are unique, integrated beings and that our health and wellness should reflect all aspects of our endeavors. Use of the wellness model as opposed to the disease model is our focus. We look for solutions at the most basic structural levels, including but not limited to posture, pain, immobility, reduced flexibility, and/or loss of function. We promote our Integrative Health Approach Through — Muscle Balance and Endurance/Strength Building, Nutritional Support, Exercise /Stress Management & Wellness Training.

Business Owner
Judy Terwilliger is a married, mother of three grown children, who resides in Fair Oaks, California. She is a Registered Nurse who continues to utilize her skills across the past 33 years in a variety of venues to maintain a broad base ofpractice as well as advance technically. Her experience includes but is not limited to her practice in the hospital, clinic and office settings, in home rehabilitation, human resources, private school nurse and science teacher. She currently is an active member of the National Society of Pediatric Nurses, American College of Sports Medicine and was a featured speaker at the Northern California, Placer County Breastfeeding Coalition in May of 2011. Judy practices muscle evaluation and balance utilizing both her Western Medical background as well as her Complimentary Medicine studies. As a stand-alone application or an adjunct to ongoing medical care, her focus on therapeutic structure-function balance in the field of pain management is her passion.
