History

Established in 2003.

Established in 2003 as a repair center for «Laptops & More», Pro Tech Services quickly grew to be more than what it was intended to be. Customers loved the way we took care of them so much, they wanted us to do more for them. In 2005 we began offering service contracts to businesses and in 2008 we separated from Laptops & More and moved to Carmichael as a full service tech support company. Now offering a vast range of specialty as well as general repair products and services we’ve grown to be a leading provider of quality computer repair services.

Computers aren’t just my business, they are my passion. Born a prodigy to the computer world not yet created I fixed my first circuit board at 9 years old. I built my first computer as a young teenager back when there wasn’t even an internet. My dream was to grow up and be able to do what I loved to do and as the founder of Pro Tech Services and Laptops & More I’ve gotten to see that dream become my reality. I love what I do and take great pride in my work. Every customer gets the respect and appreciation they deserve and has their computer cared for just as I would if it was my own. I only hire techs that follow my principles and treat every person and machine that comes through our doors the way they should be treated. I take no greater pride than that which has been bestowed upon me by countless satisfied customers which have proven to me I made the right choice in what to do with my life.
