VHC installed a shower into my master bathroom almost four years ago and it has had constant problems since. The first year or so I would call and they would sent someone out to fix the water leaking outside of the shower that damaged the wall and the brand new baseboard, the handle of the door that fell off in my hand one day. Today I decided to recaulk the base of the shower because I am constantly getting mold. Upon scraping out the caulk I notice one of the seals around the glass was slightly shorter than it should be and the whole thing came out to reveal mold behind the seal. For a shower that’s not even 4 years it’s like it needs to be replaced already. I don’t know if it’s just shoddy craftsmanship or improper door install, but seriously, this shower is garbage, garbage that I paid $ 7,000 for.

I am a relatively new entrant into the world of flipping houses, and VHC was the company I chose for doing the windows in the house that I was remodeling.
Good things first. The windows look great. They are absolutely perfect, and cheap.
Bad things second. They were done about a week after they said they would be done. They also broke the BRAND NEW GRANITE in the house and didn’t offer to fix it. After asking them numerous times for a final bill (because I am trying to flip the house I am not going to stiff them) they threatened to put a lien on this house.
I honestly must say that their owner is possibly the worst business man I have ever dealt with, and I would never ever consider doing business with him again. Just in general a person I would never ever consider doing business with or talking to again.
