Just had Scotts Carpet Care for our yearly clean g this year. Their service was as good if not better than last year. Very honest and professional service. They are the best price for the service in town. Thanks!

We have a condo in Incline Village, last week we had our carpets cleaned by Scott! They had never been cleaned in 20 years! Yes that’s right 20 years. Granted we are not there much probably 5 or 6 weeks a year at the most, but it was clearly time something was done to them! We decided new carpets were in order and had decided next summer would be the time! Scott showed up exactly on time with his very nice wife and started in right away! We were going to leave the 2 hours it was going to take and wanted to pay him before we left! He explained he would just leave a bill and we could mail a check… WHAT??? Yes you heard me correctly, these two people were so amazing and nice I couldn’t believe it! Now let’s get onto how the carpets turned out!!! Well let’s just say THERES NO NEED TO REPLACE THE CARPETS NEXT SUMMER!!! They look brand spankin new! We had some stains… GONE! The stairs were really pretty bad… not any more! They look amazing! I live in San Fransisco and have a regular guy who does my carpets at home!!! SCOTTS doesn’t even compare in price, customer service, and the job done! I’m so pleased with them! They will get my recommendation to many friends I have at the Lake and if I could give more stars I would!!!

I contacted Scott’s to clean my carpet. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism on the phone. Upon arriving at my house, I was pleased to see it was a husband and wife team that were very personable. They did a great job and their rates were very reasonable. I have since used their services several times and can highly recommend them.

We have a condo in Northstar at Tahoe that we rent. In January, we had a renter’s dog stain the carpet in several places. We needed to have an estimate immediately and to have it cleaned immediately as we had new renters arriving. I called at 4pm on a Tuesday and left a voicemail. He called right back, gave me an estimate by phone and went out at 9am the next day to remove the stains. He then followed up with us to be sure the stains did not come back. We had another renter leave a large red wine stain last month and he came promptly again and removed the stain. We will use him again if we need carpet cleaning.

If I could give six stars, I would. Scott has an awesome work ethic. His attention to details and quality is outstanding. I will send him all my friends and use him for any carpet cleaning in the future. Thanks Scott!

I hired Scott’s Carpet to clean the carpets in the short sale house we just bought. The previous owner left the house a mess and the carpets were trashed. The carpet in one room was so bad I thought we were going to have to replace it. Scott came to our new house and cleaned the carpet on short notice and even fit us in on a Saturday. The finished product exceeded my expectations on every level. Even the carpet I thought we would have to replace looked great. Best of all, I thought the price was affordable and worth every penny for a job well done. I would not hesitate to hire them again and will definitely recommend them to anybody in need of a good carpet restoration.

Simply the best! We have a rental property in Truckee, and we use Scott’s Carpet Care not only for our standard cleanings but also for emergency «bad renter» cleans. He’s amazing. He can work you into his schedule, and he can get out pretty much anything. (We’ve not yet found a stain he couldn’t remove!) He moves the furniture and puts it all back as well.
Nice to have someone you can count on when you need them.
