Horrible franchise service. I ordered a simple number 5 for my 7 year old with salami and light lettuce only. The sandwich comes and has capicola, cheese and onion on it. Normally, I would pull the extras off but the onions were everywhere. So I call and reordered. The lad that answered was more than rude and kept stating, «So you want a number 5 without this, that and the other.» I told him I have no idea, all I want is a number 5 with salami and light lettuce only. 5 minutes later, sandwich comes and it’s way off, worse than last time. I call again and speak to Don, the manager. He was friendly at first but then tells me I ordered wrong… what? I said give me salami and light lettuce… a Dunkin Donuts employee could get this right. See picture of my second sandwich of salami, light lettuce. This is an injustice to Jimmy Johns. The only thing this team got right, was it was REALLYREALLYFAST! How about get the order right! Oh, I almost forgot, this would be ZERO stars, but Unilocal doesn’t give that option. It was the customer service that sucked more than the actual inability to be compitent.

I saw a few people in my apartment building order from this location and decided to try them out. I’m a work from home mom and at times I like to treat myself and the kiddos. I’ve ordered from this location a few times and the service was great. Just the past couple of times I have ordered from this location items were missing like condiments that were requested and instead of getting a Coke I got a Diet Coke. Overall the service is great because you get your food quickly but I prefer to get all the items requested and correct.

I have been waiting for my sandwich for 40 minutes now. Called to talk to a manager and the manager told the employee he was too busy to talk and call back in 20 minutes… So I waited for him for 5 minutes nothing. Called back and the girl hung up on me. Horrible customer service. If you need more staff hire more people! Don’t lose your customers because of it. I live 2 minutes away. What a shame

This review on not about the food, as it is on par with all of the other Jimmy John’s. It is ONLY about this store. Unlike the food, the customer service(order filling and taking phone calls) is very poor. They consistently forget items in my order. I would call about it after a couple of times, and they would just say, «We’ll be sure to bring it next time.» I(use to) order one Sandwich per week as a treat for myself. So the last 3 orders, they forgot to include all of the items I wanted.(Note that on their website I put this in the special instruction.) I called about it and they guy who answered said, «We’ll be sure to bring it next time.» I then told him that this is what you guys always say. He then said nonchalantly, «Well, I’ll add it to your profile. Then they will bring it next time» During the entire call, I never received an apology(I wasn’t really looking for one, but when I worked in restaurants I would apologize.), or an offer to bring me the rest of my order. I then said that I wanted my items delivered, as that is what I ordered, and I gave a $ 2 tip for a $ 7.75 order. He then became ruder in his tone of voice and said, «You REALLY want me to send a driver out for this?» I said yes. If they did that then perhaps you would stop forgetting to deliver my entire order. It took the driver almost 40 minutes to bring the rest of my order. It does not matter now since my lunch is only 30 minutes. There is another Jimmy John’s by my house. They have not messed up my order, not even once. They greet you when you come in, and treat you like they enjoy your patronage. I called the corporate office. I was that angry on how the call was handled. Jess at the corporate office(217−356−9900) was very nice and patient while I explained my story to her. I asked to have my money refunded for this order, be it on my card or gift card. She said she will have Brad reach out to the franchise owner to get this sorted out. I then said that I was not upset about forgetting my order multiple times. I was calling her because of how I was spoken too. I trust corporate will set them straight.

A jimmy johns employee dropped off free sandwiches at our job site today for our construction team. The sandwiches were delicious and everyone really appreciated it. We are looking forward to ordering from there soon!

I go to a Jimmy Johns once or twice a week for lunch. You walk in and you’re greeted by the team with a welcome hello. I like the sandwiches because they are consistent, fresh, & just the right amount of the right ingredients. I like to eat healthy and just have tap water with the sandwich. The soda, cookies, and chips take away from that plus just add calories. The interior is clean and the music playing helps enjoy my time while I eat my lunch. Also, the service is always freaky fast!

Good sandwiches but slightly overpriced. I’ve had sandwiches delivered to my home many times over the last couple years and service has been fast and friendly. I recommend the J.J. Gargatuan if you have have a good appetite and a killer hangover that needs to be fed.

Consistently good food and good service. I order from them weekly. Sometimes I have them deliver, and sometimes I pick up based on how busy I am. My order is always correct, and I the sandwiches are always amazing. I look forward to my lunches from here, because the drivers are always so nice. The delivery time ranges(but we are not in Hollywood) and I’ve never had a problem with long wait times. Thank you!

Haven’t really eaten here since Jersey Mike’s down the street opened. I didn’t feel like going out so I decided to order Jimmy John’s. There motto is, «So fast you’ll freak.» Well I did want to freak but only because they were so slow! It took over an hour for them to deliver and I live about 5 minutes away… After 45 minutes or so I gave them a call, and the man told me that his driver got a flat tire… It’s a 5 minute drive, surely they could have figured something out a little faster. Perhaps given me a call to give me a heads up, or make another sandwich and send another driver? I don’t want to sound like I don’t sympathize with their situation but it sounded fishy. Almost as if it were just an excuse. He said he’d send over another driver and my order would be at my door in five minutes. It was more like 20… When it arrived my cookie was smooshed and my sandwich bread was stale. I feel like they just plain old forgot about my order, and then scrambled to make up for it. Based on this experience I’d want to give only one star… but alas, we’ve shared some good times too, haven’t we Jimmy John’s? Two stars today for this review.

Typically, this store is very efficient and we get our food in a timely manner. Tonight, I ordered at 6:24pm. By 7:05pm hit, I called wondering if they were lost. They said that they had run out of bread and that it will be another 15 minutes before we get our food. At 7:25pm, I called them and they said that it was going to be another 15 to 20 minutes. The lady over the phone said she tried calling me, when I checked my voicemail, there wasn’t even any voicemail from her. When I spoke with her at 7:05pm, I was very understanding that my food wasn’t going to arrive until 7:20pm which gave more time for my fiancé to just pick up the food from me, get gas, and be on his way to work which takes about 30 minutes to get there. Unfortunately, my fiancé will be late getting in because of this situation of not getting our food in a timely manner. The only reason why we chose Jimmy John’s tonight is because it’s more convenient for us to do so with our working schedule. When I asked to speak to the Manager, the employee on the phone said that she was talking to someone in the back and that she would call me back. I felt that she just did not want to handle my situation and I was very disappointed with how she dealt with me. Because of how frustrated I was with the situation, feeling like she didn’t care whether I was upset or not, and that it was taking about an hour and 20 minutes before I got my order(which by the way I am only a few minutes down the road), I decided to cancel my order and I also have decided to just not go to their store anymore. I understand I am only one customer of many and that losing me as a customer to their store won’t make a difference in their revenue. But, still a customer is a customer. Customer service is not just about how fast it will take for service to arrive or complete, but it’s also how you deal with your customers when the service they are getting is unsatisfactory. I am in customer service and I feel that the customer service I received is anything but good.

Great, simple sandwiches and FAST. I had a gargantuan craving for The Gargantuan and I was not disappointed. It is, of course, a sandwich chain restaurant but it really is in a category all it’s own. Subway, Quizno’s, Lenny’s, etc. all pale in comparison. When I want a sandwich, and FAST, this is where I will always be going.

I freaked. I’m not sure how fast the sub came. But I definitely did not expect it to come as fast as it did. This is the place we order from when we are too lazy to make food, and too lazy to go out to eat, yet want something a little lighter than pizza or asian food. We were thinking it’d be pretty cool if Subway also delivered. But they dont’, so JJ wins the«this is where i order from when i’m lazy but want a sandwich» recently they made a rule change where you can’t get peppers on the side. This is disappointing because when you put them in the sandwich they can make the bread get a little soggy. I am guessing it was a corporate thing. I think it happened around the same time as when they stopped putting sprouts. The turkey sandwich just is not the same. But I’d rather not get sick, so it’s all good.

I’ve been a fan since the 90s, and so glad to see they deliver in my area now! They are fast, the service is good & the food is always fresh & delicious. Plus, the location is never crowded in the evening when I’ve been.

Not a lot happens when I order a sandwich from Jimmy’s John’s. The only thing that could go wrong did go wrong today. What I wanted was the #3TOTALLYTUNA. Jimmy John is right, his housemade tuna rocks! This is the number I order every time. It was a Freudian slip when I asked them to make me #5VITO. The classic Italian. At first, I was disappontmented by my mistake. By the last bite, I’m glad I made it. I love crushing Salt & Vinegar chips between the Italian bread to give it an added crunch. I like washing it down with Barq’s Root Beer. The sweet and sour tastes compliment the savory nicely.

Me writing a review for Jimmy John’s is hard. JJ, as it will be known from here on out, tends to be a polarizing restaurant. My girlfriend loves it. I don’t but I don’t pretend JJ’s is void of problems. This JJ location has the same menu as every other location of theirs. The service is really fast. Somehow you can order a sub sandwich and have it within two minutes on a consistent basis. Can’t take that away from them. There is enough seating for all but the most busy time periods and ample parking is provided. The challenge for me is the food. Personally, I don’t love their food. Give me some sandwich meats with some better-than-Subway bread and I have a JJ location. Their food just isn’t special. At least when I go to Potbelly’s, they provide some sandwiches I don’t feel as though I would immediately make at home. This location gets 3 stars from me. I don’t like the food at any JJ’s, but my girlfriend is quite fond of it so it is very clearly an issue of taste. I’d give it a two star if the service wasn’t fast. In sum… looking for a fast sandwich, where speed is the key? This is a good place.

Not a fan, but if i need a sandwich fast i know where to go, i always get the number 14, their sandwiches aren’t as flavorful as other places. But if you gotta eat you gotta eat

It’s JJ’s. I’m not sure if theres anything wrong with this place, other than how I think it’s weird that the employees constantly sit down and play cards or something and then jump up like it’s new year’s when i walk in. For some reason, every time i order a sandwich there’s just way too much lettuce in it. Eh, overall its good stuff.

Subs so fast you’ll freak? Check! It was a bit rainy outside so I wasn’t surprised that there weren’t any other customers inside. They were certainly overstaffed but that we a great benefit to me as my sandwich was ready to go before I even had my drink filled. It is a shame that more JJ’s do not live up to the standard as this one does.

Sandwiches are made fast here, and I suppose I should’ve expected that since the staff were playing cards when I walked in and seemed eager to do actual work. I have no idea what happened, but it got seriously cold, seriously fast. I had to take the rest home; it went from a comfortable 70-something to frigid while sitting there. Subtle hint? I didn’t think I smelled too bad… But, the most important part of the review for people who know my lack of JJ’s order accuracy, is that the sandwich was made to spec. Joy!
