There’s a small parking lot attached to this Jamba Juice, so finding a spot can be a challenge during peak times. Jamba is best hit when the weather is blistering hot, as the cold goodness runs down your throat all the better.
For this particular location, they did service us fairly quickly and per normal, the drinks came out tasty as expected. It is very easy to get addicted to this semi-​healthy lifestyle. As George B. put it, 1K+ calories are the norm! You can get the lower-​fat/​calorie drinks if you pay attention to the menu options.
I had to ding this place from 4 stars down to 3 because of the lack of parking. It is hard to get in and out of here more often than not.

My first exposure to Jamba Juice was at the Schaumburg location about 10 years ago. It was new, it was different, it was supposedly healthy. And I longed for one closer.
Now that this one is here I’m not sure why I don’t go here more. I wish there was a drive-​through (getting out of my car for a beverage seems unnecessary and not worth the effort). I agree with George B. that the staff seems a little lost at times.

I am a fan of Jamba Juice. I am a total glutton for those 1k+ Calorie smoothies.
With that said and out of the way, it is my unfortunate duty to report that this location is very hit or miss. On week days, they have a staff which is top notch and on top of things. On weekends, this location totally sucks.
Guess which day I last visited this location… a Saturday. My experience was exceptionally lacking. In order to save space, I will just report that the manager on duty couldn’t manage his way out of a short section of pipe. As a result, they foobared a majority of orders.
Overall, I would recommend this place when they have a competent staff (weekdays).
