If you are ever in Carrboro this is an affordable place to get gas. I rarely go into gas stations so I cannot review the inside of the store but the outside is par for the course when it comes to gas stations. They accept credit cards and debit cards and the gas pump is efficient.
Note that this gas station is the last gas station in Carrboro before you get on 54. When going for an excursion on 54 I would strongly suggest getting gas here and enjoying your trip.

This gas station is located toward the «gritty» side of Carrboro, which is ticklingly tame compared to most cities and town. I had a cab driver pass by this gas station and warn me about how dangerous it was! Yes, there are some Latino gentlemen who stand across the street during the day, possibly awaiting day jobs, you know, hustlin. But it’s a regular gas station have no fear. It’s just not my favorite because it’s near kind of a busy road, Jones Ferry.

This place is always jam packed. It’s hard to navigate to even get to a pump. But anyhoo-it’s a gas station that I avoid and go down to BP (yep you heard me) off of Homestead/​Dairyland Road.
There is a really nice lady that works there so the stars are for her. She is seriously very sweet and always has a smile on her face. I wonder if she would adopt me.
But the main reason I don’t like this place is that they don’t clean their Slushie machines and I have gotten sick on more than one occasion before I figured out why. Plus it was breaking down, not working right and apparently not taken care of properly. I wonder how often any of those fountain drinks are cleaned…

Coffee selection is awesome…
The problem is that i work nights and the guy who is on the midnight shift always has his friends there and generally makes you feel not wanted at all. Coffee is supposed to be made 24 hours… but he is too lazy to do it. Sucks to pull in to get coffee and get nothing but attitude and leave without said coffee…
Plus…when you do talk to him, he askes EXTREMELY personal questions like where you work and what kind of car you have and NOT in a nice way… very pervy and weird.
Wont go back and i live right down the street.

This gas station, while convenient, is about 15 – 20 cents more per gallon than others in the Chapel Hill/​Carrboro area. That just seems beyond excessive, no matter what your location is (they’re helped by the fact they’re near 54).
Other than that, it’s really not all that remarkable.
